I ordered the Xmas Dozen Doughnuts on deliveroo and they cant even send me the correct order what I received was 4 Doughnuts and a drink this is not what I ordered disgusting service I have now had to contact deliveroo to get my money

Today I had a bad experience at Krispy Kreme in Sheffield Meadowhall in second floor. Firstly, the girl who got my order had an attitude and I asked her a few times to put 2 cholocate brownie donuts but she didn't even pay attention and I kept repeating a few times as there was very busy and she just chewing the gum giving looks at me then she gave me only one donut I went back to buy one more i stood in line for some time other two members where taking the order so i went near 3rd person and asked for donut she is like you should be in line i was like okay i was standing there you were free so i came here although I went back and stood in the same place where i was standing before she was like no no go back i informed this is where i was standing and explained how she didn't gave what i asked for she was like thats fine and. Later the other lady said next to take orders there is no one i was waiting there but no one care to take order from me so racist, I don't quite understand how it's possible for an individual so much lacking in personality and attentiveness could pass the interview test to work here. The aggressive tone and her rudeness would lead you to believe she positively hated life. How hard can it be to serve simple glazed doughnuts?? What a disapointing experience on Sat 29 april 2023 4:30pm at the Meadowhall Krispy Kreme

Krispy Kreme is a well-known global franchise. Well known for its lovely doughnuts . However, what I love even more about this branch in Meadowhall Sheffield is the amazing coffee. They seem to have found a perfect Arabica medium roasted variety. It goes really well with the wide selection of doughnuts.

Today I had a bad experience at Krispy Kreme in Sheffield Meadowhall in second floor.Firstly, the girl who got my order had an attitude and I asked her a few times to put 3 strawberries and 3 Nutella but she didn't even pay attention and I kept repeating a few times as there was very busy and I didn't open the box and paid.When I backed home and opened the box she put all chocolate rather than what I asked.That's awful customer service. I wasted my money and I through all in the bin.So unhappy

Took ages to get served as only 1 member of staff was serving while the other 2 just stood talking. As soon as the 4th member of staff appeared ,who I presume was a supervisor. As if by magic the other 2 start working

I was asked for my donut order twice. Krispy kreme is a real treat for us so when I bit into it I didn’t know it wasn’t the actual donut I ordered. My drink was made with cold milk not hot Supposed to be a treat. Lots of money for poor service
Service was prompt however I wouldn’t run back again to get the donut and ice cream. They had a good selection of sauces for the topping. The cappuccino was really nice.

Good range of donuts but staff always seem to be trying to push more onto you - no matter which box size you choose you're always told that a bigger box offers better value.

The fridge wasn't working so my oasis was warm I did manage to get a paper cup with ice in it although there was a hole in the bottom of it so it spilled all over the table. The staff could be a bit more attentive and caring with the cleaning and service of this store. My donut was nice though.

No cash ,only card payments ,that's there policy ,what a joke ,when are these people going to realise that the older population pay with cash ,as they always have done ,won't be going again
