Very bad customer service, the girl there gave me such a look when I entered the shop and when i ask for a warm milk with my Americano coffee. I have some experiences with coffee shops and staff like her not welcomed to join any business like this.

Staff on the day not interested,no smile ,dirty tables outside,no customers waiting to be served but member staff sat down behind counter doing nothing when could be clearing and cleaning tables
Delicious donuts and coffee ? they have student discount in place so that's always a plus.

Very poor experience. One dude name billy was going around ranting and complaining about everything. Although cant blame him, some incompetent kid spilled a whole big bucket in the kitchen and it was liquid everywhere. And i think my vegan donut wasent that… Northen uk amiright
