Very loud atmosphere, steak was way overcooked but server tullia was lovely, kept checking in with us making sure we were ok and kept topping out drinks up for us, was a lovely afternoon regardless :-)

Initially, the service was good but we were made to pay twice for our bill. We were told that our 1st round of payments did not show up on the till even though money was taken from all accounts. We were then asked to make another round of payments with the promise that the first round would be reversed. Noone from the party has received a refund of the 1st payment and I would like to know how long we have to wait for a refund.
