90% of the time when using the drive thru they miss something from your order.The food at this McDonald's tastes disgusting compared to the one inside Meadowhall. Its usually cold, the burger buns are always dry and usually not put together neatly as if thrown together and squashed.I wont use this branch again

We bought a Happy Meal set with the children. When we received the toys, I asked to exchange them from pink to another color (for boys). The staff said she couldn't do it because the toy was open and opened it to prove it to me. Another staff member said they couldn't do it because they didn't have others. We were deceived, and not in a nice way. We don't plan to go back there.

An absolute shambles of a place, the last 3 times I have ordered there has either been items missing or wrong. The food is never hot.
Ordered food to the table to eat in. Service was good and timely ??

Ordered off just eat because couldn't get to store, when Ordered wanted plain no mayo or lettice due to being allergic to mayonnaise when it arrived it was covered in mayonnaise and lettuce contacted the store directly they wanted me to take it back when I explained that was why I had it delivered because I couldn't get out they asked me to contact the just eat driver I explained I had no number, he then looked and said he hadn't got a number either, so I would have to seek a refund from just eat as they couldn't do anything, he said he would look into it and what had gone wrong, and re train BE CAREFUL ESPECIALLY WITH ALLERGIES COULD HAVE BEEN DANGEROUS
