The incredible shrinking offering best describes what they have to offer. Luke warm food, edges of burgers folded over, a whole new description of 'fast food'. They used to get it right, how about getting back to basics and delivering food that looks like your advertising.

I was not happy atall, the food was cold, and when I complained to the manager, she said there's nothing we can do... I will definitely never use McDonald's again... waste of £26.
