I visited the arcade stand on Friday. I didn’t make a purchase as I was enquiring about purchasing the giant cookie cakes (as I call them) I wanted to know when was best to buy them for an upcoming birthday. I was served by a young woman in her 30’s I believe her name is Kerrie. Kerrie explained when would be the best time to purchase the cookie and what my options are. What i liked about Kerrie was the natural service she delivered. Kerrie was/is very knowledgeable about Millie’s products and services. My background is customer service in the retail industry and I’d just like to say that Kerrie’s level of customer service was/is fantastic even managed a giggle which is always welcomed. So abi thank you to Kerrie I will be back .

I was shopping at Meadowhall yesterday (5/7/23) with my young daughter, she wanted a cookie so went to Millie’s.I just wanted to say what a fab service we received from a lady named Kerrie.She was polite but mostly fun & interactive which made my daughter giggle.It was a delight to visit the shop and come away with not only a delicious cookie but big smiles on our faces from what was fantastic customer service.Well done Kerrie & keep up the good work ?
I went to Millie’s cookies at Meadowhall in the gallery yesterday afternoon I was very satisfied with my experience, and there was a very polite woman named Kerrie I believe, she served me with the upmost care and helped me with my order. She was nothing but polite kind and very very helpful I will definitely be visiting this establishment again. Millie’s have hired a wonderful staff member and hope every other staff in their business is as nice as she was. Thank you very much.
