I have been a few times it was very nice and delicious. But today, the chicken was very dry, crispy, and old. The taste is horrible, and the oil has been used too many times for the chips' shame.

I ordered and the server took the address and everything and just refused to show up or answer my calls! Either way, I wouldn't waste your time here as SFC actually cares about their customers and delivers amazing, spicy, hot food fast. If you don't want to deliver, just say it or, better yet, stay home and play with your toys instead of running a 'business' and wasting people's time.

I ordered in store today at the Wicker branch, 2 x mini fillet meals and a spicy burger meal. I got home and the mini fillets weren't mini they were two halves of a normal burger and cut very badly, one was noticeably bigger than the other. Why not tell me when I ordered that there were no mini fillet burgers? What your employee did was unprofessional and unacceptable.Your website also states that you take card but you don't, it's always cash.Won't be going back.EditMy daughter had the fillet burger and she told me later that she got stomach pains.Sort your act out.

Rude staff member wearing a grey hoodie with it up and joggers. Threw my food in the heated unit along with throwing a bag of fries on the floor. I ordered a fillet burger meal with extra curly fries and cheesy melts but didn’t get the fries with the meal. This guy is soo rude…. Having googled it this place has a 1* hygiene rating and I can see why. rude, ripped off and disgusting food and hygiene standards. Avoid avoid avoid . The council need to close this dump before they kill someone

We ordered peri peri wrap mild, we discovered that he is made it very spicy and we couldn't eat it. Straight away to the bin. Unprofessional service and really bad experience, avoid.

Ordinary, average, everyday fried chicken shop. Chicken was well cooked and not dried out from a long time in the hot box. Chips were crispy. Nothing outstanding, but would happily go again.Parking: No parking at the location, some parking available on nearby side streets.
