Waited over 40 minutes for food and the restaurant was empty. We were not advise on times, staff seemed not interested in service.

We visited Nando's during a work trip and found the staff really friendly. The food was warm with lots of space

Just like any other Nandos, food is decent and speedy. located on a busy street and easily accessible. Staff are really nice and friendly.

The food was all cooked to perfection and the service from Ellie and her colleagues was excellent! I would definitely recommend this restaurant

My husband and I went to Nando’s after meeting there 5 years ago, and the restaurant did not disappoint. We’d been given a gift card which wasn’t working on the till, so instead they gave us the entire meal for free! Wonderful people and food, it made our evening even more special.

On a trip to Sheffield, I treated my sister to her third ever Nando's. We were seated immediately by a young gentleman. We ordered via the app but unfortunately had to wait 20 minutes for our glasses for the bottomless fizzy pop to arrive, so I had to get up and sort it out myself. To make up for it, we had four fizzy drinks each. I don't usually drink fizzy drinks so I was bouncing off the walls by the end of it. To eat, I got the butterfly chicken, peri salted chips and garlic bread. How carbolicious! I opted for medium spiciness and honestly that was way too much for me. That's part of the reason I drank so much fizzy pop, to cool myself down. How firey. My sister got the grilled chicken wrap, lemon and herb, which she found too spicy. I think plain is the way forward! She also got the spicy rice which was nice but tastes so much like Uncle Ben's microwave rice...anything to confess, Nando's?

Generally the food is amazing in Nandos. However, Waited for 15 minutes and then was told there is waiting list!!!! Most of the tables looked empty and no one in-line but still waiting for people in queue , without any idea when my turn will come

Lovely food in a lovely atmosphere.\\n\\nMyself and my girlfriend visited here on a Tuesday around the 6pm mark and were greeted promptly by a member of staff who showed us to our table and talked us through the menu and how to order via a website. The restaurant looked to be between 1/2 and 1/3 full, not too busy and not empty, a nice in between in my opinion. I was already expecting great things as I'd certainly heard and seen plenty about Nando's before, I'd had a takeaway from them before restrictions were fully lifted and the food was great then, I'd just never sat in at one.\\n\\nOrdering via the QR code provided was very easy and quick, the menu was easy to read and navigate through on our phones, had no problems with this.\\n\\nFor me, the Sunset Burger was calling my name and I chose the 'Hot' spice level. I also opted for 2 sides and chose the famous Nando's PERi-salted Chipsalong with some long stem broccoli. For her, it was a Grilled Chicken Pitta, same spice level, same sides, no crunchy slaw on the pitta though. Bottomless drinks for the both of us too, choices consisted of the usual big players, Coke, Diet Coke, 7UP, Fanta etc. Ice and water was also available.\\n\\nFrom ordering on the app to our food arriving, our wait was very respectable, I don't think you could call it a wait even, more so an exciting anticipation.\\n\\nOur food was awesome, presented very nicely and most importantly - absolutely delicious. My burger was so so good, everything on it was perfect, notable mentions are the chicken itself and the smoky red pepper chutney. There was no complaints on the pitta side of the table either, that looked and from what I'm told, tasted very nice also. Our sides were really nice too, our long stem broccoli sides were of good portion sizes, not too many, not too little. The PERi-salted chips were amazing, the salt/seasoning tasted really good, had a good tickly spice to it, there was also a good amount of it all over our fries too, every chip had that perfect tingle of spice on it. To go along with our food was a very wide array of Nando's sauces, ranging from Mild up to Very Very Hot and everything in between. We thought we'd give the Very Very Hot sauce a risk, just to say we've tried it and I can say it certainly lives up to it's name! I ended up having to go back and get a Mild sauce to cool me down.\\n\\nHaving finished our mains we thought dessert was definitely on the cards because, as we were going up to get our moneys worth on the bottomless drinks we spotted a bottomless mango frozen yoghurt machine, what maniac wouldn't get one of those. We ordered one bottomless frozen yogurt pot and a coconut gelado(no, not gelato). Firstly the coconut gelado was insane, such a strong yet creamy coconut flavour and the desiccated coconut mixed in with the gelado itself was the cherry on top. Secondly, the frozen yoghurt, also very very nice, the perfect way to cool down a mouth on fire after spicy chicken and chips. The second best part about the frozen yoghurt after it's taste is that you can get as much as you like!\\n\\nThe atmosphere along with the friendly staff really pulled the perfect experience together that evening, the staff were always making sure everything was clean and that everyone was enjoying their meals. One member of staff saw that a young girl out of a very large group dining there was taking a photo of everyone and they offered to take a photo for the family.\\n\\nA great dining experience for sure, I'd happily recommend this restaurant to anyone.

Food was amazing, service less so.

We tried the vegan friendly 'Great Imitator' burger, a pea protein offering which was very tasty, as were the seasoned fries. The restaurant itself was quite smart and I particularly liked the quirky collection of ceiling lamps made from buckets, including an old red fire bucket.

We called into Nando's and were asked to leave a phone number as it would be 20mins until we could be seated. No-one called or texted but we went back after half an hour or so and were seated immediately. All the ordering and paying is done by mobile phone and this was easy and convenient. Staff seemed to have a good grip on what they were doing and we felt safe and valued. The menu has some new items so that was good too. Would recommend it.
