Just visited today to get some pods. The gent serving (don’t know name) was extremely friendly and helpful, even kept my son entertained and let me try a new pod! Thank you for your wonderful service, the best I’ve had since visiting.

A good varied selection of coffee to choose from so should suit everyones taste. Large selection of coffee machines, which are reasonably priced. Store is well kept and staff are polite, friendly and very helpful.

What is going on with your opening times? The centre is open till 10PM and you close at 6PM? Moving to a Tassimo machine. It’s pathetic! I finish work at 6!

Dont get fooled into the £1 free coffee and milk frother . Its a contract for £25 per month and you cant cancell anytime as rhey told us . Well you can but before 24 month it cost you cancellation fees . £600 pound over 24 months . No thankyou . Witchcraft at work

Came in to ask if they sold the same Assortment boxes in store as they do online. I was served by the most patronising man who made me feel less than him for not knowing everything about coffee - I don’t want to come back now and think less of Nespresso as a brand.

Can't even buy a coffee machine now unless it has WiFi??This is a nightmare for those who are Electro Sensitive. Expect Breathlessness, Arrhythmia, Nausea (Brain Fog) and Dizziness, Fatigue and around twenty other symptoms. Disgraceful disregard for our health.
