My friends and I visited a few months ago and had to wait nearly 2 hours for food as the waitress had been involved in a car accident . The staff were apologetic but no complimentary drink was offered .the food when it finally arrived was very nice.We decided to visit again . I was offered a slot of 6.30 or 7.30. I opted for 6.30 for 5 of us. This time we were served promptly but my lasagne was very liquidy with poor quality meat. We then had desserts which were very nice. We were just contemplating coffees when we were told we had 10 minutes to vacate the table . This meant we had an hour and a half for our meal and the time slot had never been mentioned as I would not have made the booking. I think this is totally unacceptable and my friends and I will not be visiting again. I would certainly expect at least a minimum 2 hour slot for an evening meal . Very unhappy customer

Where to start... The food arrived 2 hours late, the delivery driver was quite clearly drunk. Sluring his words, stumbling and didn't know which order was mine. He certainly, should have not been handling food. The food itself was soggy, cold and tasted horrible. After a few mouthfuls, it was all thrown away. We subsequently ordered from elsewhere.

This was our first visit and found it full and tightly packed and a bit dimly lit. I loved their brochette it was very tasty and the dessert was scrumptious but I didn't enjoy my main meal. Two of us chose the sword fish that we've never had before so we didn't know what to expect, it was on the jelly side as though it was raw, should it have been like this? I don't know but I wouldn't have it again. The staff were friendly and the prices are reasonable and we will give it another try but chose something different.

Picked up a takeaway pizza last night as part of a larger order. Got home, which is less than five minutes away, the other items were ok but the pizza was stone cold! Even after 10 minutes in the oven it was still only lukewarm. It was like it had been taken from a fridge and boxed up. It hadn’t been anywhere near an oven. Very disappointing.

We ordered via Uber eats its hands down one of the best Italian takeaways we've ever had. Looking forward to having a sit down meal soon.

My Lasagne came as a small portion in a giant pool of tomato soup. The fries had never seen a fryer. The food was worse than the choice of font on the signage, and that really is saying something.

Visited for the first time on Saturday and can't wait to return. We both had the lobster ravioli and it was absolutely delicious! We had ribeye and fillet steak both served with a rich tasty sauce and fries. Couldn't squeeze in a desert but you definitely have customers for life in us :)
