Papa John's pizza is pretty good but this particular store have apalling customer service. The last three times I've ordered from here, my pizza was either delayed by 1 hour or more or, in one case, straight up cancelled and whenever I called up to ask why, I was told they were either waiting on a driver or, in the case of the cancelled order, that there were no drivers available. If you ask for more clarification then don't expect anything more than an Indian man repeating the same thing back at you 3 or 4 times.

We ordered a pizza, sides, drink, and ice cream online. The order arrives no ice cream and drink. We check with the courier and he doesn't have it, he's super polite to us. The process is that you then have to call the restaurant to get them to resolve the issue.I call up the restaurant and I'm met with the rudest person I've ever dealt with on the phone. I am trying to explain the issue and he just kept repeating my address, talking to other people, then being silent and ignoring me. Clearly trying to get my to hang up or go away. Eventually after ignoring me repeatedly he says he is going to check with the courier and I should call back. That isnt good enough for me especially as we have already checked and it isn't with the courier. He keeps blaming the courier and saying they can't do anything. Again after repeatedly ignoring me he says they can't issue a refund as "it's too much hassle". He then says next time I make an order I need to ring and say last time I didn't receive these items so they can add them on next time. That's obviously a complete lie, and why would I ever spend more money on this Papa John's after this experience? I say this isn't acceptable and after being ignored yet again he says he will issue a refund in 4-5 days. The problem is at this point I do not believe what he is saying. He's been trying to get me off the phone this entire time and just wants me to go away and blame the courier. Essentially I recommend you don't ever go here. They're rude and don't do their jobs properly.

Worst costumer service, they forget part of my order I told them that I could order something and they could send me what they forgot and they said it wasn’t possible! Every time I tried to talk he would cut me out and say “ the refund will be with you in 24hours” I want the food not the refund, I would forget all of this if he wasn’t rude. In my partner pizza there was a hair, not very hygienic init.Very disappointed !

Waited an hour and 20 minutes for the order and when it came it was cold and the vegan pizza base was undercooked, restaurant didn’t answer when we tried to call them, will not use again

tried ordering online, it charged me but the order didn't even go through. i called to ask if my order went through and was told to wait 5 minutes - when i called back it still hadn't gone through. tried ordering on the app after that and my order still wouldn't confirm. called again and the guy on the phone was super condescending and wouldn't even help me to order over the phone. the person answering the phone clearly just did not want to do his job it was kind of absurd. never left a review anywhere, let alone a bad review, but this just blew my mind.

Food took an hour and a half from when we ordered to being delivered. It arrived completely cold and had been sat in the restaurant ready for over an hour as they are having issues with their couriers. Do not order until they resolve this issue and use a company that pays theirs couriers a living

This is our local Papa Johns and it used to be decent with delivery but in recent months they began using a third party for their deliveries and it’s become a bit of a joke. Last night my order updated on their own tracking to “checking and cutting” and then I got my delivery nearly an hour later. So from being cooked to it getting to me it was in a box getting cold and soaking up all the moisture for all that time. This has happened every time since they started using the third party. Not worth the time or disappointment any more. You call them and they’re quick to blame the delivery company and every other excuse they can think of.

I don't trust them. They are not every up front or honest. We ordered pizzas, they didn't apply their 2 for 1 offer, when we noticed a minute later and tried to cancel they claimed it was already in the oven. This was obviously not the case when I rang up a few minutes later and got someone else. They told contrasting stories. Watch out for all the added charges, and the sly ways they try to avoid redeeming their offers.

Low quality ,overcooked pizza. ordered online for collection and went to collect it once it showed ready to collect on their website tracking page, but my order was not even prepared.

Don't order from here.You're basically got a 50/50 chance of getting the wrong items and with the new Stuart delivery service, there's a very good chance your food will turn up cold and looking like this.Called and explained to the manager that this happened. He called me back 40 minutes later and suggested that he couldn't refund my order and that i should call a help line to get a refund.Absolutely ridiculous. I'll never order from here again.

Ordered twice from here in past month and both experiences have been awful. Was yelled at on the phone by a member of staff for making a delivery driver wait 30 minutes on the doorstep, even though we’d only ordered the pizza 25 minutes before that and no driver was at our property. When I explained this I continued to be chastised. Our pizza didn’t turn up for another 10 minutes.Tonight we had ordered one pepperoni pizza, waited two hours, and were delivered three pizzas that were part of someone else’s order. All pizzas were freezing cold and had postcodes on them for miles away.Will stick to Dominos from now on.

Such a letdown. Placed a £200 order at 11.45am for delivery at 1.15pm. By 2.30pm still no sign of pizzas to be told another 30 min wait! Hungry staff having to go back to work without lunch.No offer of compensation or a refund for the delay. Am so disappointed. It is not good enough. I apprecite large orders can put pressure on a small unit but they had ample time to sort it, if an issue with delivery I could have collected it instead if they had told me or they could have refused the order if they couldn't fufill it.
