Again, it's another food chain so you know what you will get. Food decent enough, no complaints and the service was good.Usual pizza hut service.

Everything, I am vegi and pizza isn't a favourite for me as stodgy but I had the thin crust goats cheese with balsamic and I went back for a third piece because it was delicious. The salad bar was great and lots of choice on offer. The kids loved just to pick their own and the ice-cream too. Overall excellent value for money. As a foster carer I realise importance of family times and it was a lovely end to our pre Christmas family present swap and fun weekend before I traveled back up to Darlington. Thank you

Havnt been to pizza hut in ages so the ordering was new but the food was tasty and the staff friendly it was clean and not overly busy at lunch time. The pizza was best i tried my first ham and pineapple and i quite liked it. The pasta in sauce with broccoli and spinach was yummy. Would certainly go again.Kid-friendliness: The ladies were delightful with the young ones.Wheelchair accessibility: This restaurant is on the ground floor so easy access

The food tasted very samey and it was like eating cardboard at one point. The salad bar was nice. The service was good but if you get anything other than serve your own ice cream you will be waiting a while for it. The atmosphere was loud and cold with so much noise it was hard to hear each think.

Friendly service from Natalie today, nothing was too much trouble. Food was hot and fresh. The 6 of us had buffet and a kids meal, kids meal took a while but they were busy. Natalie kindly took a photo of us all which is a great gesture.

We came for the lunchtime buffet. It's fantastic value, with unlimited pizza, pasta, salad, soft drinks and ice cream for £15.99, and the service is great and friendly. The only suggestion for improvement I have would be to label the pizzas more clearly, and to perhaps introduce another vegetarian or vegan option in the buffet, like a Beyond Meat pizza. Overall though, I really enjoyed it and would definitely come back!Parking: Plenty of free parking available throughout the retail parkKid-friendliness: Perfect for children!

Food was good, service excellent but had takeaway so can't comment on atmosphere.

Nice pizza hut, no wait to be seated, ordering online and friendly staff. Prices getting a bit high but food is good.

Very very poor. Cold plates. Cold platter the pizza was on. Slow service and the restaurant was barely warm. I had not been to a Pizza Hut for some time and looked forward to returning. All considered I don’t think we will ever visit another Pizza Hut anywhere.

Usual lunch buffet. This restaurant is very proactive making sure that when ever you go up there is pizza and pasta freshly cooked and hot. Not just one pizza lots of

From the less than enthusiastic welcome letting you know that they don’t accept payment with cash and that they would prefer you to order and pay via a QR code embedded into each table, it didn’t get any better. Is this a restaurant proving a service or what? We declined to use tech and orders can be taken in the ‘old fashioned’ way. The food was OK, but the whole experience was tarnished by then. Not going back!

The food was just okay, it was nothing to write home about. For the price I expected more from Pizza Hut. The service however was quite good, except for being told the sauces are "over there" and still struggling to find the mayo. All the sauces that were available were ketchup and barbeque so I had to make do.The waitress was very polite however, and was trying to get us a meal discount even though she didn't have to, so that was really nice of her.It was very quiet for a Friday evening which is surprising, however I do prefer a quieter place so this was a benefit for me.Overall, I wouldn't recommend Pizza Hut. If it was a bit cheaper then I'd consider going again but honestly you could find takeaway pizza to be of better quality compared to the pizza served here. Save your money folks!
