Really poor pizza, kids food wasn't brought out first in fact we had to wait a while until we could all eat together. There was no check back from the serving staff. Kids mac n cheese was only just hot enough but not at the temperature I would expect as the long dish was cold, doubt a temp probe was used. My pizza was only warm and the meat was more like Jerky than what I would want from a freshly made pizza. The Dough tasted underdone and was chewy and no sauce, see picture. No Parmesan or chilli flakes? One of my kids said the pizza was better at the scarsdale and that's a whetherspoons. Havn't been to a pizza hut for a number years, won't be returning.

After ordering an alternative, we were told it would be 5-8 minutes. 32 minutes later, ( and having returned to find out if there was a problem) the order arrived- wrong (2 fries (1 cold) instead of 1 fries \\u0026 1 salad). There were no hot drinks available either which would have been prefered in winter. 2 stars given as pizza was hot \\u0026 tasty and carbonated drink refreshing when thirsty- though nearly finished by time food arrived!

Had a pizza here today and was given a stuffed crust instead of the pan pizza I ordered, the crust was massive and base was tiny and thin. I wouldn’t mind but I ordered through deliveroo a few weeks ago and they made the exact same mistake.

I was served by this young lady called OLIVIA she gave me cold food and did not give me an accurate timing for the food therfore my drink was flat and she did not tell me that the fries were not seasoned I am sorry but this is poor customer service and I expected to have some information about the menu.
Went here in meadowhall at Christmas found the guy on counter very ignorant and un helpful food wasnt as good as usual either...big let down had to go back to counter to get sauces for my sons mealThe girl there was very cheerful and helpful a credit to the company...Thankyou ...

For one of my orders I asked for a veggie pizza without cheese, told me can't do it as they don't do specials. How's a pizza without cheese a special!On top of that I had to wait over 20 minutes for my order. By the time I got it my drinks had gone flat.

Absolute rip off!!! Paid for a 9" pizza as part of a deal and they gave us a 7" with around 5 fries. Never again. Couldnt even go in and complain as meadowhalls one way system means you have to exit the food court straight away with your food. Even if its the wrong order!
