Just filled up again with Shell V power diesel at this garage and I’ve come away from there feeling terrible. Asked the woman working there to scan my app as normal and she was very rude to me and said can’t scan it there through window you will have to move it in a nasty way. I replied no need to be nasty. She then proceeded to argue with me trying to make out she wasn’t been nasty and that I had a problem. Then as I was leaving a male customer piped up and said leave her alone. I was made out to be an horrible nasty person when I’m not. I feel rubbish now. I’ve also tried to email to your review response but your email is not recognised.

Went to get a packet of cigarettes was shocked about the price as it was over £11 said to the lady how much her reply was if you don't bloody like it go to asda it's only down the road was very rude and unprofessional

I was appalled to hear such obscene language used by the manager on the forecourt. I could hear him swearing whilst in the car with my young children.
