Popped in for a cappuccino whilst waiting for my wife at hospital just up the road a perfect stop off, the large coffee was huge but extremely nice very pleased with the service and spot on

Good place for simple coffee, music is sometimes a bit too loud and there's been too many times when I have turned up at 08h30 on my way to work, when it should be open but it's not.

Our favourite stop for a coffee. The staff are absolutely lovely and always ready with a recommendation, definitely recommend :)

I regularly visit this Starbucks and I love how friendly the staff are! They always remember my name and my drink order. Very welcoming. It can be a nice quiet place to work even though it's really bustling before and after work with university and hospital staff and students. In the summer, it's lovely to sit out and look over onto the museum and park.

My son enjoyed his coffee milkshake thing, but I wouldn't go to Starbucks for the coffee.Wheelchair accessibility: A lift to the left of the building.

Slightly younger staff are quite slow to get drinks out... frequently many customers waiting, 4-5 staff behind counter but only one making drinks.

It's expensive but a welcome stop while visiting the dental hospital between appointments where there's not much else on foot. Cakes are nice, and there's always a nice atmosphere in there, just a little cold as the door is always blowing open.

This is a really nice Starbucks. It's a lovely building with kerb appeal with a very clean and tastefully furnished interior.

Called in for a drink with my husband and a friend. It's the first time we have been since it has been renovated. The new decor is a lot brighter so makes the space feel more open and less oppressive. The drinks were ordered on the mobile app and we weren't told when they were ready, my friend had to go and ask for them and they had been sat on the collection bench for a while, as we had all ordered cold drinks it didn't affect the quality of them too much. This is a lovely space to visit and sit and have a chat with friends.

Very lucky to have this be my local coffee shop and (unfortunately for my bank balance) I’m now on first name terms with most of the staff! Always a friendly welcome with excellent service and great coffee! Great location for a walk in the park afterwards and as a place close to the Uni to study :)
