Popped in to grab a quick drink to take out. The barista was amazing, she was really busy making drinks but still stopped to say hello and ask how I was. When she was making my drink she temporarily during that I had asked for a decaff coffee, as soon as she realised she made everything fresh again. She was chatty throughout and really seems passionate about her job.I'm just sorry I didn't get her name so she can get the praise she so deserves.

A Starbucks that varies from empty to rammed very much depends on time of day. The toasties were tasty and well cooked, service was pleasant. We had probably just missed a rush as tables needed a clean, but a pleasant visit.

I went to the store at 12:48pm. I love Matcha Frappuccino in Starbucks so I ALWAYS order it when I come.My drink today is bitter than normal, I did not want to complain or anything, I just came and ask them to ask more milk in for me. However, they took my drink and gave me another one which was completely different from mine and very tasteless. And their attitude was like I did something wrong with them and I tried to annoy them by complaining.I was not, I just want to find a comfortable place to seat and enjoy my favorite drink. It's near my school so I often go to here.I feel very sad and disappointed today.I hope that Starbucks can improve this in the future.

Absolutely fabulous. Didn't realise they had Gingerbread Latte back on until after we sat down. The lovely staff added Gingerbread syrup to my daughters coffee. It was her favourite coffee place whilst at uni as they wrote so lovely. I could see why. She went into graduation one Happy warm girl

Great place for a brake and a chat with friends, nice coffee and snacks. Staff brilliant very friendly and helpful. As with all coffee shops they are getting too expensive, so it is more of a treat when we go for a coffee know!

Popped into this branch before Treason at Sheffield Lyceum. Was very busy on first attempt, so came back. 3 staff on duty, too busy talking amongst themselves to get our order correct. There was no offer of a plate for a cold sandwich & then our Americanos were "forgotten". Watched a member of staff clean the rim of a mug with a napkin that had not been cleaned properly by the dishwasher instead of returning it to the dishwasher. When our coffee was finally done, it came with no milk, which I then had to ask for. There were also uncleaned tables & plates left by the public where coffee was collected presumably because staff had not cleaned tables quickly enough. Whoever manages this branch seriously need to look at customer service because it was non-existent. Dare I say they need to implement the kind of training that other coffee shops have?

Apart from a few empty cups all over the place the strawberries and cream Frappuccino is really nice! I’d recommend it. It’s not too sweet and is quite like a strawberry

Wow...Very rude young-short white girl served me with a poker face/no smile, no eye contact, sternly asked "sittin in or owt!?". Then failed to clean table I asked to be cleaned, begrudgingly she did the 3rd time but I had to ask again. Why is there no manager in tonight? Then 20 mins later, left front door open behind me, AFTER bringing in outdoor furniture by 6pm. This girl needs a serious check on her attitude & learn some basic customer care skills.

The staff were friendly & attentive bringing our drinks (2) to our table. The quality of drinks (latte) were as expected - hot & tasty. The only improvement would be to replace or re-cover the rather tired and worn seating. All in all a pleasant visit.Parking: There is no parking spaces immediately outside the premises...the nearest possible (paid) street parking is a 1-2 minute walk, whilst the nearest (paid) secure parking building is a 5-10 minute walk.Wheelchair accessibility: There is an outside ramp & wide doorways.

Been to this store twice now & staff are amazingly attentive, knowledgeable and helpful I come here to get a quick bite before getting train as from out of town. It’s a very nice relaxed atmosphere which is what you want. I work in hospitality so I notice good/caring attitude in staff quickly & I would recommend this branch for sure

The friendliest and most welcoming Starbucks I've been to.

Lovely staff, pay great attention to detail and handle busy periods excellently. I personally think the back room could do with a refurb/ decorate though.
