Sorry, but they didn't listen to what we asked for. I asked for ham and cheese, got ham and no cheese, they gave the wrong bread. Asked for hearty Italian got plain white. No hot drinks, but no notice until you go to pay, no proper explanation or apology, as to why they didn't have what we asked for. It came across as couldn't be bothered that was from both servers. I asked for serviettes, didnt get any, also asked for a receipt. Appalling, if i could give no stars then i would have ??\\nI'll look elsewhere for my next meal.

Absolutely disgusting! Had a tuna salad on bread and found 4 hairs mixed in with the tuna!!!! Rarely go meadowhall but that has really put me off from buying from the one in oasis again... my rate is a 0.

Rude customer service. Anyone going for the first time wouldn't have a clue what to do. Got asked if I wanted cheese only to be told the sandwich is supposed to have cheese???\\nAwful

Subs are good, service is not. Takes an age to get food.
Sorry the food looks and smells great but I was put off by the number of people who handled my sandwich before I got to eat it, it was like a relay race and my food was the baton unfortunately not for me
