Have used both the curry places over the last month and this one easily beat it's competitor, the curry and sides just had more flavour , and nicer and cheaper too, even delivered before the estimated time .....thanks guys , I'm sure we will be ordering again soon

Ordered takeaway from here as a one off. We live in the Penistone area and our usual “go to” curry house only does pick up and I’d had a drink. Well. What can I say. The most vinegary god awful curries I’ve ever tasted. No idea what goes in these and what kind of taste buds local stocksbridge folk have who reviewed these on here - but awful. Binned all except the kebab starters. Never again.

I order te same meal everytime no matter which restaurant and I would my food was delicious, its one of the best curries I've had in a long time. So thank you bengal, I'll 100% be coming back. Good luck in your new business. I understand there are teething problems at the start of any business but THE FOOD IS AMAZING WELL DONE

Started off a few months ago as a good take away & has gone down hill since. Smaller portions & now tinned potatoes for the Bombay aloo !!! Absolute disgusting for the money.

The worst Indian takeaway I have ever had. Ordered a couples meal combo for tea. Chicken tikka masala and rogan josh. Both curries tasted the same with no flavour difference. Very disappointed for an Indian takeaway with such good reviews. Wish I would have seen the food rating …

Order was a bit late, though that was not a big problem. The peshwari naan and mushroom bhaji was good. Rice was average. The saag paneer on the other hand was really low quality. I can cook better paneer. There are two possibilities, either it was overcooked, or the paneer was not fresh. I will not order again.
