I'm not the sort of person that usually leaves reviews of places, but I'm sick to death of being made to feel like an inconvenience to the staff for simply existing and trying to buy food. Customer service is a thing that doesn't exist for a couple of the ladies that work there (in particular the lady with the braids). I've heard them having arguments with customers because they mentioned their terrible service. I would like to go there more often as most of the younger staff are lovely, but I avoid the place now. If you want snide comments and want to be made to feel like you shouldn't be there... then this Greggs is for you!

30 mins to que up cus one member of staff ignored the que and spent 20 minutes changing a bin and wiping glass another walking behind took food out of oven twice but one poor girl left to do till prep orders drinks and breakfast and none of other staff prioritised the customers or walked on putting second person on to help get people served, 6 people walked out in the time I was there and I honestly wish I had done the same.

Enjoyed my coffee and sausage roll as usual. Quick service even though it was lunch time.
Sandwich and coffee is a great £3.60 meal deal , but you are charged 40p extra each to dine in Greg's seating area
