Honestly the best takeaway I've ever had, I've tried a few things so far pizza, chips, shiraz special burger, chicken strips, doner cabab in nan all absolutely delicious, presented amazing and doesn't take long to come always lovely polite service this is my new go to takeaway above all others absolutely love it!

Ordered takeaway from their own website the money was taken but apparently they didn’t receive the order, was made to pay again with no help to resolve the issue. Customer service non existent very rude and accusing considering we’ve used them many times in the past. Was told it would correct itself overnight of course it didn’t… still trying to get money back now, with no reply from the email on the website, it’s a con! Would never use again nor recommend to anyone else.

Ordered from these for years. Always been top drawer, never any issues- just beaut pizzas. Tried the new “The Pizza Rooms” at Dinnington which has just opened, was more expensive, and nowhere near as good. In future I will just stick with mighty Shiraz!

ZERO STARS. ??????Went in to order a take away and the service was so diabolically rude I couldn’t quite believe it. Apparently the menu I chose from wasn’t the right menu so was snatched from under my nose. My husband was then accused of making faces despite the fact he was just standing there (even if he had looked appalled it would have been justified given the blokes agression). We most certainly will not be returning.Would have been NO STARS IF I COULD POST WITH NONE.
Easy to order online. Collected. Delicious tasty pizzas. Will definitely return.

Absolutely disgusting we’ve heard such good things about Shiraz but I wish I read reviews first can not believe we’ve just wasted £19 on something I wouldn’t even feed my dog and you’d think for £6 for a chicken wrap I’d actually get a wrap not some chicken and 5 piece of lettuce just thrown in tinfoil how ever my partner has said the pizza is really nice but I refuse to even try just with how disgusting my food is only advice I could give is save your money and order from pizza spot and spend half off what you’d spend on this ? and receive 10/10 food.

My husband and I ordered for the first time tonight. It was very disappointing. The food took over 1h, we didn’t even get a call or text to let us know there was a delay, we had to call the restaurant to find out. When the food arrived, we received the wrong burger. I ordered chicken but got beef instead. The chips were hard and tasteless. When we called the restaurant, they said they couldn’t sbecause of how busy they were but that we can get something else next time. The lady on the phone was really nice and she was just repeating the information given to her but it’s just poor customer service. I ended up only eating half of my burger. It was dry, the sauce was watery and I barely ate my chips. My husband’s burger was better, he seemed to enjoy it. The sweet chilli wings were nice and tasty. Too spicy for me but my husband really enjoyed them. It’s a shame the rest wasn’t as good. They offered us to go to the shop another day to get a refund for my burger but it’s just so much hassle they probably know we won’t end up doing it… won’t order there again unfortunately.
