We have eaten carveries at lots of different chain pubs and this is the best we have had. In particular the Yorkshires, roast potatoes and parsnips were really good, better than we have had elsewhere. It may be a 45 minute drive to get to Sir Jack, but we are coming again this week!Parking: Big car park, easy access from M18 Junction 1, just remember to key your registration into the terminal just inside the pub entrance!

I can recommend the katsu curry ,well presented & cooked well & the carvery like home cooked & hot ..worth a visit .Parking: Not an issue,plenty of space & secure .

Another lovely visit today treating my old dear to a nice meal for Mother’s Day ☺️Greeted by Faye with her pretty smile & she helped my disabled mum to her table.Food was top notch (we didn’t have carvery)Although it was mega busy in the place we didn’t have to wait long for our meals.All the staff was excellent & atmosphere was great ?

This pub is lucky to get a one star got served by two members of staff and neither would accept and couldn't work out how vouchers worked they refuse to call someone just saying they off he said in 9 years he had never seen this voucher ( which we use regularly )after a lot off huffing and puffing he said he could only take £5 of after we had payed £17 in end we wasn't served we went up road to next greene King pub ( mason arms) they took it straight away and also fixed the problem sir Jack's created by cancelling the voucher DO NOT USE terrible staff and service

Fabulous pub with carvery!! Delicious!! Sports playing & had pool table & dart board. Recommend for a nice meal & pint.Kid-friendliness: The pub has a whacky warehouse attached, but I didn't visit that part.

We was welcomed by the staff very friendly and helpful great atmosphere food was beautiful reasonable pricing a great Yorkshire pub family friendly and friendly service provided us a 5* service and accommodated us as a family of 8 and a baby can not fault this place I would highly recommend and book if large tables need booking as they are limited but they try their best to put tables together
