Soup was luke warm, bread seemed like days old, main course was shocking in fact we didn’t eat it this place used to be excellent not sure what has happened but we won’t be returning however the wine was lovely and the blonde lady was brilliant.

I recently visited this place and was blown away by the fantastic decor and atmosphere. The ambiance really sets the mood for a great dining experience. The service was top-notch too, with the staff being very attentive to our needs. As for the food, it was good, satisfying my cravings perfectly. Overall, it was a delightful dining experience that I would definitely recommend to others.

Been here a few times never had an issue however went for Mother’s Day yesterday and was absolutely disgusted food was cold, father in laws had to be sent back to warm up, staff did not even seem interested when I said was cold. We had table booked for 2.15 did not have food till 3.30, my daughter had nothing to eat as the Mac and cheese off children’s menu was very over cooked and dried up.Not good service at all

My hat goes off to the chef. I had the tomahawk steak flame grilled, tender and extremely tasty. These guys really have done there homework with finding excellent meat. Also had the onion rings which were good but I think the batter mix needs looking at. You get a good portion so I was happy. Enjoyed these and the chips also but could do with a few more. The wife had the pork belly. She thought the dish was also extremely good. Looked great to me. I only sampled a bit of the crackling and my taste buds lit up.Service was great. The waitress took good care of us.The restaurant is beautifully done. Amazing touch with the tree and the white flowery branches dangling from the ceiling. Can't believe I have anever been here before but this mistake will be rectified. You will be paying more here then the average place but for good reason. Keep up the high standards guys you should be proud of yourselves.Parking: We visited when the restaurant wasn't busy so I can't really say. Easy to find and plenty of spaces for us

Me and my Husband got a night off from parenting and decided to revisit The Staffordshire Grill as it had been around 4 years since we last visited. We walked in and were stood waiting at the check-in area. When we were noticed, they took our names and were told that our table wasn't ready. Luckily, we were not in any great rush, so we said we would have a seat in the bar area and order our drinks. We were told to wait there and as soon as our table was ready we would be collected.Unfortunately, we waited over half an hour and a drink already down before we decided to ask a member of the staff if the table was now ready. Where one member shouted is 11 not ready yet?Within the next minutes after that, it was, and we were taken through to be seated. The menu choices all sound and look great. We ordered off the Sunday course options, which we thought was great value for money. The food tasted amazing, and I was beginning to remember why we booked and came back to this lovely restaurant. We tried the wontons, cheese and ham croquettes and then the Beef Sunday Dinner. It was delicious, and I was stuffed after two courses.Inside the decor has been revamped, it's extremely modern and tasteful, with natural decor and dimmed lighting. Which I felt was quite romantic.I did notice that the tables felt really close together, though. We ended up chatting to the people next to us and the people next to them.As an overall experience and despite the rocky start, we did really enjoy our few hours at the Staffordshire Grill. I will continue to recommend it to our friends and family, but we might warn them not to be in a rush.Parking: There is a free parking area located at the back of the Staffordshire Grill. It was completely free. However, there are limited spaces.

Excellent food. Service a little slow but it is

Service was great here, for me the food was ok but not the quality it's billed to be. Over reliance on chilli paste for flavour on the dishes I had.
