Megan was lovely and accommodating.Food was cooked well, but the ingredients supplied to the chef are not the most desired. Chef did well.Very quiet with nothing really going on. Could be time off day and day off the week

It's a Hungry Horse, good food, great portions with great value.On the night that we were there, at no fault of the restaurant I may add; kids were running around like Tasmanian devils, very difficult to enjoy a family dinner with objects being thrown and wrestling matches at the end of the table!Well done to the blonde staff member that put them in their place, the parents sure didn't!

I arrived at the master potter the other week for a few drinks and some food with my family and as soon as i walked in i was hit with smiles and laughs i spoke to barman and manager ollie and he couldnt of been more helpful and after serving me my drinks he went straight on the cleaning tables and collecting glasses to see a manager doing this is amazing iv worked and been in a lot of pubs for the past couple of years and iv never seen a manager do this such great work ethic he dosnt just only manage the place but he really puts in the effort at the same time i would reccomend popping in for a quick drink and possibly some food if you fancy it! ????

Steak night and a delicious rump for me! We all had the same steak with different sides. Yum. The food is much improved in recent months. Service was quick, tasty and piping hot. We have our monthly book club here. The staff are always friendly and welcoming.Wheelchair accessibility: Good access

Staff was friendly, food was awful, asked for a rare steak it was raw and cold when I took it back and explained they changed it member of staff was helpful and told me it would be redone . When they bought it back was well done and smelt and tasted horrible did not eat it and left straight away was a shame because it seemed a nice place when first got there will not return.

We love this pub whether for drinks or food the staff are always very welcoming and friendly, we don’t come from Cheadle but always go out of our way to visit. We would recommend this pub to all.

We regularly go to the Master Potter for tea. The food is great value for money and tasty too. There’s a good variety of choice that suits all the fussy eaters of our family. The staff are always friendly and happy to help. The atmosphere is always cheerful. It’s a great place to eat and my son loves the toy machines. We live in Weston coyney so to travel out to cheadle it must be a good pub! Thank you to all the staff who are always so chatty and helpful

We as a family stopped going here a couple of years ago as the food was terrible undercooked or overcooked and I can honestly say that it's had new owners recently and the quality of food is now fantastic so much so we have been twice in the last month, thank you

Great service at the Potter, Oli and his staff are brilliant and have resolved a lot of the previous issues from the last management. Come on down and give it a try. In particular Seb and Harrison put in a great shift and try to ensure everyone is served quickly. But a good 5 stars to all the staff who have benefited from the new management. Well done everyone and keep up the good work. Watch out Greene King this pub can work if you allow it, it's better than many other local GKs in which you have invested money and are poor.
