Value for money has crashed hugely. Don't order any garlic butter, that's extra now. Don't order dessert, they're tiny now, and definitely don't pay cash - use vouchers, as it's the only way to get any value from pizza express now. Such a shame. Won't be racing back ...

No criticism of staff, they worked really hard and were very friendly and helpful. Waiting an hour for mains with 4 kids, they need to decide if they’re a takeaway or a restaurant. Backsides in 2 saddles and your falling through the gap. Food really average and Ceaser salad was dire! Crazy prices for drinks.Kid-friendliness: Very comfortable and stress free with kids.Dietary restrictions: Excellent options and service for coeliacs.

My mam and I attended the restaurant on Monday evening. Really prompt and smooth service. Our server Molly was fantastic, can’t sing her praises enough. She had really great menu knowledge and treated us at the end of the meal to a little taster of the new lime & basil ice cream that we were in two minds about getting. The host who took us to our table was lovely and very helpful with allergen queries. Food was spot on, can’t go wrong with that Spinach and Egg pizza and the Bosco Salad was heavenly. Thanks for a gorgeous evening all round.

Kept waiting 45 minutes for mains. In the mean time loads of deliveroo orders were made instead. Try prioritising your seated, waiting hungry customers!

We were the only diners in restaurant, hence the atmosphere score. Disappointed the Manager was not prepared to change an ingredient in the calzone pizza which other Pizza Express restaurants are only too happy to do. As a result, my wife chose something else off the menu which she didn't really want. No issues with waitress service but inflexibility of Manager, referred to above, reason for service score.
