Rude staff, ignored us and served someone that walked in after us. On a previous visit the gentleman behind the counter made inappropriate comments based on the company we worked for. I recommend heading to the bakery further down the street, the staff are much better and food much nicer.

I was served by the owner of this franchise.I was 1st in the queue and a white male was stood behind me. He’d ignored me and asked the white male behind me for his order. (The person behind me did say that I was in front, at which point he grudgingly asked for my order).He was loud and cheerful, full of conversation about weekend plans to the white customers.One of my meals was a kids meal. I’d asked him to charge me for a standard drink for the child but to provide a cup as we were going to add ice (clearly explained this, he should know how to charge this on the till I’d expect).Proceeded to get bottle from fridge, was spoken to rudely in front of the now long queue as though I’d tried to rob a bigger drink when I’d clearly asked to be charged for it and a cup provided (would’ve expected to be charged for the bottle and a cup surely?).We sat and ate inside. No other coloured customers came in for a good 15 mins and I’d watched on how he’d greeted every customer and created small talk & was polite and welcoming to them.Throughout the duration of eating, he kept looking over giving the side eye which made me feel really uncomfortable.One coloured person came in towards the end and low and behold, behaved the same, so damn rude.. sorry let me rephrase. Racist.

Just ordered two subs. The owner was super helpful, polite and really friendly, and he dealt with our order very quickly. Not our usual subway but would 100% go back again. Highly recommend.

Just ordered from here. No lettuce, no sauce, no jalapeños, no cheese. Literally the worst Subway I have ever had. I will never order from here again. Thankfully, uber eats gave me a full refund.

Big fan of Subway but I'm biased to the one in Burnage as it's halal and I'm always happy with what I get. Have been to others like the one in Heald Green but have left a little disappointed in the quality. I think it's because that one seems to always be unprepared for lunch and hardly ever has all of the toppings so you hardly ever get a packed sub. Others have always been high quality, including the one in Levenshulme. Would highly recommend both Burnage and Levenshulme Subway.

Absolute monkeys, you need to employ people that can read and follow orders. They completely messed up my order and dont even answer the phone so i can allow them to put it right. We dont want any of our sandwiches now and are out of pocket as a result. Nice one Subway! ?

Service has been poor in this brach recently, especially today. No organisation at all.There is suppose to be a limit of 5 customers at a time. Customers are being told to wait outside due to the limit, which is ok. Yet delivery drivers can pile in. Awful service.
