Ordered a chicken and bacon footlong. The chicken tastes off and the bacon was practically raw. Probably not safe to eat only managed 2 bites ?. No answer when I called the store.

Ordered online to collect during opening hours at 4:30pm on a Saturday and paid in advance to come and find the store completely closed - ironically some form of order alarm ringing when I go in to collect - was told they had apparently ‘gone home early’\\n\\nHad to then drive to another store and request a refund through PayPal - what a waste of time

The opening hours of this store are questionable. It states they're open until 6PM. However, each time this week I've decided to leave early for work to grab a salad and all the lights have been turned off. But food is left out with no staff in sight? I'm arriving at 5pm and the place is in darkness but cookies are left out and food still in the front fridges? I thought maybe they were cleaning so I waited for 30mins but nobody turned up... Think it's time to hire some new staff that don't hide from customers in the last hour or their shift ?
