Ordered takeaway food, very easy, quick and

Great experience, lovely food with friendly efficient service. First time visit. Went for a family Christmas celebration Free parking, lots of spaces Very busy when we went as just before Christmas, staff managed this well, service felt controlled, positive and friendly. Food was delicious, whole mix of ages in our party from 20 - 50, all with different tastes. We all loved the food. My stater was a Nargis Kebab, and it was the most delicious Nargis Kebab I have ever tasted. Main course was also excellent. Its is unlicensed and a byo, which we always prefer as it helps with the cost. With reasonable prices, excellent service & fabulous food we would definitely return when next in the area.

We love this place, we order most weekends and always have the same as the taste is to die for. Definitely the best around by far. The staff are very friendly and work very hard even at really busy periods . I can’t recommend this place enough…just try it for yourself you won’t be disappointed!

Well the food was ok it was like faulty towers thou,It was nearly empty when I got there all the tables were laid and I was told to wait for a table to be laid 25 minutes later I was just about to go then told they forgot me and the table was ready,asked if I wanted poppadoms I said yes pleases , then the same guy asked me the same question again 10 mins later,I ordered a lamb balti , that arrived in about 25 mins , but they forgot to put the lamb in it, I had 3 tiny bits of lamb I pointed this out they blamed the chef took it back and fair dues a new one was sent out,meat included this time ,I asked for the bill paid the bill ,and then was told they were bringing me the bill,its a shame as it was so unorganised, service was a train wreck thou,not bad food but really bad service , need a decent manager im guessing

Good curry. Chicken a bit overcooked. Service clearing plates away before everyone finished unfortunately. Toilets need attention. Thanks for the nice meal

Used to love the food here. Hadn't been for a while so thought we'd give it a try. Very disappointing, bland tasteless food. I've made better myself. Maybe we were just unlucky or the regular chef was off but all four of us were disappointed with our meals. Service was great though.

Bilash was fantastic. We went for my birthday with family. My father in law commented it was the best Indian he'd ever had. And our son who is a vegetarian had the Scampi and chips and said it was amazing. They even did something nice for my birthday which was very much appreciated. Loved it. Always have take aways but will definitely eat in again.

Supposed to be open until 11pm. Advertised online, and on the menu until 11pm also. I called at 10.15pm and was told that I cannot order any food, as they are closed! Even though I offered to collect food myself, still told that they are closed ? Is this not false advertising?? Also please be careful to check the amount is correct if you are paying by card, as on one occasion I ordered just 1 portion of a starter that is supposed to be £6.50 and I later noticed they had charged me £17.90.. Almost 3 times the amount! So yes, the food is nice but theyre service isnt the best and I do not expect to get charged 3 times the amount! And then, to be just brushed off about it when I went there next and showed them the inaccurate charge on my bank statement!! I wasnt offered my money back or even food to the value of!! So yes, i absolutely would check your bill amount to what you are actually payingwhen you use contactless payment.

Fantastic curry and customer service is just as good. After being disappointed with a dish recently Bilash went out their way to contact me to make this right and offered me a replacement free of charge and the curry was fantastic. My new local has been found will be dining in next time!

Visited the restaurant for a family meal and it was my 1st time here. I can now say I won't use any other Indian restaurant apart from Bilash. The food was amazing and the staff are brillian. Nothing was to much trouble for them and they were very polite. The food for everyone was amazing. I will be using them for sit in meals and takeaway's for the futur.
