Absolute the worst KFC I have eaten in if Sanders was still around he would shut this place down.Arrived to eat in and paid for food at 13.35 food arrived on table at 14.10 I thought this was fast food not slow burn.They were rushed off their feet with just eat orders their me and another 3 families waiting for the food for ages and when mine arrived I got an have arsed apology.The bloke opposite me got a free upgrade on his fillet meal when he was only sat their half the time.I asked for corn on the cob for my daughter and got gravy because they “ran out” of the cob.When I opened my burger their was nothing but 2 pieces of lettuce 1 on top and one on the bottom and the bun not even toasted and the signature fries absolute dreadful I renamed them the forged signature fries people around me chuckled.Avoid this grease hole and go somewhere else because for the money you pay you would expect things to be better not hanging around ages.

Looked short staffed causing a short delay serving food that day but the staffed seemed to deal with it well and with a smile. Food was good when it srrived.

Ordered via Just eat - missing not one but several items from order …very unhelpful management that ensures me ‘Sue’ packed the order correctly! Tried to blame just eat for taking items!How hard is it to back a bag of food from a screen …clearly a degree is needed.

Staff are very friendly and helpful, never been left waiting around. The food is the usual kfc, you’ve just got to try and get there when the chicken is fresh out the oven. Overall a very clean and well presented KFC!

I gave one star because we ate here last week. My family have been very poorly with food poisoning after eating here. Abdominal cramps, diarrhoea and vomiting.

After waiting for 25mins for a family bucket.When I got it home it was full of bones with a small amount of chicken on . The fries were soaked in pepper Not salt .The gravy was stone cold and the beans were mainly juice. Every time I go in or do a drive through there is something wrong. I'd asked for mainly chicken drumsticks and was told that they would try .! Surely if I'm paying I should have a right to pick what I'm paying for ? .The service is atrocious and the food has totally gone down .It's either burned , so dry it's needs you to constantly drink.£33.00 to go in the bin . Isn't good food.And as for the service I wouldn't give it 1star .Not a happy customer.AGAIN!!!

order a takeaway 01/09/2023 only half my order came and the rest was cold, when we called the restaurant the person on the phone was brain dead and had no idea how to help out. later that night i was in a lot of abdominal pain along with diarrhoea. put me off ordering ever again!
Ordered a 10 piece bargain bucket and ended up with 9 chicken drumsticks. This isn't the first time this has happened !

Food is nice but the staff are incompetent, 9/10 the order will be wrong and the older lady who works there and has done for years has the worst customer skills possible, sever attitude problems and always manages to mess up the order if you want a kfc my advice would be to dismiss this store and travel a couple of miles further to the Cannock branch on the orbital retail park

Really clean, fast and good KFC. I ordered in the machine a 6 piece family feast with salads to take away. The food was to an exent KFC standard and I was served very quickly even if the was not much staff. The restaurant was almost empty but they were busy with the drive inn and delivieries.As a plus you have 2 EV charging points were you can stay for the 90 minutes free parking while you eat.I had a good experince and would surelly recomend.

Newly refurbished KFC there are 3 self order machines and the counter is still open. Lots of tables to sit down and eat.There is a drive through and plenty of parking at the back of the store. There are several electric car charging points and some disabled parking spaces.It was very quiet when I went and food was served promptly
