Went their on Fri 8 March for me dad's birthday booked in 7.30 service was poor took them 30 mins take order when starters arrived they were cold food bever came all at once when mains come had wait 40 mins and same never came all 2 gether management was poor never apologised total balance was 225 pound for that money no apology at all wouldn't go their again caltoldos wton was run better same family I would give 0 stars been better goin the coop and getting microwave Italian food ?

1st visit. Friendly host and food was amazing. We had pizza and calzone then lemon meringue cheesecake which was delicious!Was a little quiet in there so we will book for an evening when we come next time.

Went here with my siblings a few weeks ago. It is the best Italian restaurant that I have been to so far ( I have been to many). It is worth the visit for such delicious pasta.

We didn't have a great experience. We went between the eves over Christmas.We had booked a table for 4 but on arrival the guy didn't take any notice when we said we had booked. Just started laying a table for 4, and it felt like we weren't expected.Our food was disappointing. My husband had meatballs, and as soon as they were put in front of him, he said, "Excuse me, they are black. The waiter said, too well done for you?. My husband picked one up and said I'm not crunching meatballs. This got replaced.My friend had steak, he literally just had a piece of steak in the middle of the plate with peppercorn sauce pured over it. I reltrieved the menu, it stated steak with a choice of sauce with mushrooms and panchetta. Again, he complained and the waiter said the chef had got mixed up, the mushroom and panchetta would come out separately. A gravy boat with what tasted like gravy and mushrooms came out. How on earth this was supposed to go with peppercorn sauce which was swimming on the plate is beyond me. No panchetta. They gave him a free Baileys to say sorry.I had the chicken in sauce and again just a breast of chicken and nothing else. A bowl of veg was placed on the table but when my friend complained about the steak, the veg was given to him by the waiter. I actually think this should have been mine.I wouldn't go again, mediocre service, nit a great menu and we still needed a meal once we had eaten.We paid £180 for the pleasure of this.

Excellent! Food is delicious, service is exceptional. Came for Christmas Day Lunch, and although it filled up quickly, service was still excellent. Food was fantastic, bit more of a limited choice understandably, but their regular menu is extensive. Nice selection of wines. We were originally meant to sit upstairs, but when they saw that 2 of the guests were not very mobile, they seated us downstairs. Really can not fault them at all, and will certainly return. Thank you.

We went to Baci last night for a post christmas meal out.2 couples. We were seated downstairs on a fantastic round table which is always good for good conversation. We were greeted perfectly at the door and the fantastic service continued throughout the night.Not overbearing but just right. Calamari starters were excellent as was the pate. Mains we all had different and again they were excellent.Veal,Ribeye fish and pasta all just perfectly cooked and thoroughly enjoyed. We managed to share deserts as we were already full.These were just beautiful and so glad we managed to squeeze them in. Will certainly return and can just say a fantastic night out.
