My gyros was ok the problem was there was no salad in my gyros and no tzatziki sauce which I asked for. It was a lot better last time I had a gyros standards are slipping

Wow! Just had the most AMAZING meal I think I've ever had!If you're ever gonna try one thing, you HAVE to try their skepasti !!(it should be on your 1001 things to do before you die list)So packed full of flavour and filling, guaranteed you won't regret it!The staff there are so warm, friendly and welcoming.Escape your winter blues and get yourself down to Anasma for an authentic Greek/Cypriot experience

Love this cute little place so much. The food is phenomenal and the staff are lovely. Although there aren't too many tables I'd definitely recommend going in to eat rather than ordering from a delivery place, it's a much better

Very tasty food, exactly like in Greece , made by Greek people, when I will be around I will go again. 5 Stars everything. As well cakes.

Lovely place, if small, and can get really busy, but that's a good thing right. Food I've had is super, fresh and tasty and real seeming to me at least lol tho I know nowt lol. Friendly relaxed staff who are always helpful, food doesn't take too long to come, great place. Also never come here, I don't want it to be too busy

We've had from here five times, always the chicken gyros, 1st few times the food was outstanding, the last 2 times not so good.First experience was great, fresh bread, loads of filling, tasty, expensive but worth it.However the last 2 times have disappointed, the bread/wraps were clearly not fresh on one occasion so we thought this would be a one off and ordered again. The most recent time we ordered it was all very fresh but the amount of filling was poor, mostly chips, not much meat and masses of overpowering onion. The baklava seems to always be different too, always nice but no consistency. At more than £10/ gyro it's just not good enough. Such a shame, I won't be ordering again.

Best greek bakery and gyro shop I've ever been to! The food here is incredible, I've tried a lot of what they offer and I haven't found a single thing yet that was anything other than great! The gyros are to die for. The service is very quick, even when the place is very busy! Lovely vegetarian options, too. I'm not really a dessert person but the desserts here are also wonderful! The staff are absolutely lovely, very friendly, the whole place is very inviting and warming.I still need to try their second shop in the Trentham shopping estate, if it is anything like the original Newcastle shop I'm sure it'll be incredible!

My folks live in Kos, they were over for a visit, we spotted Anasma while passing by. Thankfully we turned around and went in. Fantastic service, lovely lady from Athens, apologetic the spinach pie was sold out by 11am... both parents happy with a Greek salad and whatever they had wrapped in vine leaves... I appreciated the Mythos my ma got me. Such a great place, highly recommended, BTW they are from here and I still live here ?Parking: Pull in park, order, takeaway
