Always pop in for a burger and hot wings. Burger always tender with fresh crispy salad and hot wings better than kfc. Owners are so lovely, always have a chat and a giggle. Would 100% recommend.

Scam menu, they have some weird pricing and portion sizes. That wasn't a big issue. It just made o sense.But I got home to eat my food and there was a hair in it. The food was also fairly crappie anyway.

Would absolutely recommend the zinger burger as a 100% better contender to KFC. And the donner is always good and salad is fresh. No comparison in most areas, and I just moved here from the centre of Manchester. They are LEGIT

I've ordered from here very regularly (tends to be my weekend treat) and I have not had a bad experience, there's been a bit of inconsistency in flavour of the meals but aside from that the delivery guys are outstanding (on a handful of occasions there've been forgotten items, they go back for it, or call me later and bring it to me) and even recommended I buy from their main website to get cheaper deals! This has become my go-to kebab house. ?

It is not A restaurant it is a over priced kebab house that cannot get a order right when I requested a salad without dressings and onions. Guess what none also order for chicken kebab with salad a portion of chip small and the chicken special and 2x onion rings £32 For the effort then a 30mile round trip Needle to say they screed me so I will never go back there even if was free

Really bad service, customer service was horrible. In addition, the food was in poor condition. In short, I wouldn’t recommend to anyone.
I love NKH, i'm 50 now & 1st went when i was 16 & it hasn't changed by way of taste,friendliness of staff & just the best kebab you can buy in Newcastle.I've tried other kebab houses but none compare to this 1, it's been open a good many years so ask yourself why- simple really they do the best doner kebab in the area.

If I could of put 0 stars I would of … worst food and customer service I’ve ever received , sent me 2 out of date ,grey kebabs that absolutely reeked !! When i rang and asked for a refund the man on the phone was rude and said I was lying… then after arguing for about 10 minutes of him accusing me of being in the wrong and he said he’d send me new and “fresh food” over an hour later nothing I ring up and he said I need wait another hour or 2! Asked for refund and was hung up on 3 times do not order here unless you want food poisoning and abuse !!!

What the.! We had not used this establishment for a few months due to one thing and another, so this weekend we decided to have a treat. We went on there website to place the order only to discover that our go to family kebab was now priced at an astonishing £19.50!!! This same meal was £14.50 6 months ago. Its a takeaway. It takes year to gain a customer and minutes to loose one. Overpriced...

Fantastic service. Been having food from here for well over 10 years, which is always great quality. Always friendly when on the phone, even knocked on the door to check we were ok once when we hadn't ordered in a while.

First bad experience with this takeaway. Not only am I waiting over an hour, when I just called him he blamed me for entering the wrong post code. Checked order, all is correct. Not impressed, it takes one bad experience to lose a good customer, which I have been.
