Drinks are nice, but service is very slow. Over half an hour after arrival before our 1st drinks arrived and then trying to order more it’s difficult as you have to get the staff attention. Not much customer service at

Myself and boyfriend went last night for my birthday meal. What a disappointment. The pizza was disgusting, bland cheese on top of really string tasting sauce. I've never had anything like it. The waitress (Beth) was incredibly rude. She never once smiled, brought the wrong drink then never came to ask if the food was OK or if we needed anything so I had to go to the bar to get more. She literally had 5 people in total including us to look after and still messed up. She seemed actually annoyed that we were even there. We were also seated next to the door so it was cold as staff were coming and going. The kitchen staff spent the majority of the time stood at the bar chatting to the bar staff. We even had to go up to the bar to get the bill. We absolutely will not be returning. I spent many years working as a cocktail waitress and seriously expected a lot more from this place. The only saving grace was the rest of the food we ordered was edible.

Our visit was not good and we will not be returning. Which is a massive shame as we have previously always eaten here together for our quarterly catch ups. Why will we not be returning? Booked a table for 6, when I meant to book for 8, totally my mistake. When we arrived I asked if at all possible to move to a bigger table and was told no and that we would have to squeeze around the 6 seater booth. Ok, it's my mistake, no problem. But the waitress didn't even fetch us two extra chairs, I had to go and get them from another (empty) table myself. Waitress came and took our drink and food order as soon as we had sat down. Great. Although she could have been nicer, her whole demeanor screamed bored and fed up. 45 minutes later the two tables behind us were still empty, was told again that no we could not move onto them as they were booked. Fast forward another 40 minutes. No food. Nobody came and asked if we would like another drink. Tables behind us are still empty. At this point I went to the bar and asked the waitress if she would come and take a drinks order. She complied. Whilst ordering drinks our food came and I again asked if we could move onto the tables behind us that were empty, as surely at 9:20pm they were not waiting for sittings? She said she wasn't sure and would have to check, and then said we could. I had to move the tables and chairs myself, but at least we had enough room to eat. Food - nachos had no cheese? Chicken was luke warm, as were the chips. Not great. Second drinks order we were given two half made cocktails as apparently no candy floss, waitress was rude when we asked where the rest of the cocktail was. We asked for different cocktails, and waited another 20 minutes for them, we had to fetch them from the bar ourselves. In addition to this the restrooms were a disgrace. No loo roll, and a total mess. Bar piled high with empty cocktail glasses. Just a shambles to be frank. So my visit was awful, I will not be returning.

Nice place in Newcastle town centre. Food is nice enough, slightly above average price. The atmosphere and decor is nice. The drinks are nice, about the right price for drinks.Parking: No parking, just have to find a council car park or private car park.

We came here on a date a few feeks ago and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves, mocktails and cocktails were both delicious. The food was absolutely delicious, we both had gyros and added the salt and pepper chips *chefs kiss* It was a little loud, however it was a Saturday night and people were having a great time, if we had been drinking properly too it wouldn't have even crossed my mind!It was the 2nd time I've visited this venue and I've visited their sister establishment in Hanley too on multiple occasions, every time I have had a wonderful time and loved the food and cocktails.I've enjoyed their bottomless brunch and I highly reccommend this!

We had the afternoon brunch. The cocktails were really nice and the lady serving us was very quick and polite. All in all, we had a great day.

Table of 4, arrived to be plonked in table by entrance. Didn’t want this table as servers had to squeeze past to get to other tables. Lady server was v nice, no other tables. Ordered cocktails and food. Food took forever and arrived looking no better than Wethers. Nachos were vile so told server, soggy and sickly!! Too expensive to accept. She removed them off the bill. . Have been a couple of times before. Wont be coming back, not good enough for their prices now!!

All good. And very good. Just a little too much salt for my taste. However cocktails and service were brilliant.

Had a lovely afternoon. Really enjoyed the food & cocktails were all great. Staff friendly & helpful. Definitely recommend!Women at the table next to us said the freezer cocktails from pound shop are better but they also didn't drink most of them because they could taste the alcohol.
