Been there over a dozen times now as I live locally and the service has been superb. The staff are friendly and always take care with the orders.\\nFood is excellent and is acutely priced.\\nDrinks especially the cocktails are second to one.\\nAll in all, a very good place to eat and drink without spending over the odds.

A delicious and wide selection of food, excellent coffee, and most importantly for us - *very* dog friendly.\\n\\nMy wife had the avocado brunch, I had the lounge breakfast and our pup had a couple of Cumberland sausages, which they put on a separate little plate for her.\\n\\nThey weren't phased by a bit of nervous barking (she's a rescue) and the staff made a real fuss of her.\\n\\nWe always feel very welcome and it's our favorite place to go for brunch ?

I popped in for a spot of lunch, I was greeted warmly and picked a table and used the app to order. Service was quite slow, but when my eggs, avocado brunch arrived it tasted really good except that i felt the bread was a little stale. I have had the same in other lounges so knew what to expect so I was a little disappointed overall. Toilets were clean.

One of the nicer places to eat in the centre unless you venture slightly further out of town. Food was good, reasonably priced and well presented. Some of the staff could have smiled a little more perhaps and the gents was up a steepish flight of stairs (guess there may be a lift but suggest checking). Enjoyed my lunch and would certainly visit again.

Menu is great and caters for everyone - separate vegan and separate gluten free menus. Service is good and quick, and food really delicious - nice variety of dishes so ideal for anything from a quick bite (check out the tapas) to a full on big meal. I had the Moving Mountains hot dog - it was amazing!!!

Lovely atmosphere and this relaxed, informal 'Lounge' (part of a National chain with individual character to each location. The Tapas sample platter was anazing; a real adventure in taste. Good value, great food, friendly staff and a lovely venue for a relaxed, leisurely meal. We were dropping off at nearby University of Keele. I am sure that we will return to Capello Lounge again soon.
Whenever I have visited there are always dirty dishes on tables everywhere and the table look like they haven’t been cleaned with all crumbs on them it looks very unhygienic. My sister visited yesterday and when she went up to order she’d forgot her table number and the the person told her it was annoying when you forget your table number in a horrible voice , all over I think it needs A LOT of work
