Very disappointing and no guidance on using the app. Staff are rude and did not make us feel welcome. Drink tasted awful. If you're in Newcastle, please go to the Costa near Morrisons instead - they're much better.

Amazing staff and very good pricing of products. Always clean inside and staff on shift are always polite and very well mannered. A young lady who works there by the name of Heather is amazing and deserves more praise for the work she does, as she goes above and beyond to help her customers.

This Costa has been refurbished and its great. Very clean. I still don't know how the staff manage to serve, clean and still smile but they do. You always feel as though you are the only customer. It is a tad expensive for the food, but you know what-they don't half fill you up!

Great coffee as always. Small selection of sandwiches, cakes & biscuits. Small seating area.
Clean bright coffee shop now. Was quite dreary before so a really positive change.
GREAT tasting coffee, a good place to meet up with friends as it is conveniently located.
It's a nice friendly place. Its spacious and the staff are nice and pleasant.
