Accepted the order via Uber Eats and then cancelled the order saying it’s outside their delivery area. Rated 1 star for poor communication as they couldn’t let us know straight away.

Discovered this gem as a Keele student back in 2007 and I cannot thank them enough for all the delicious vegetarian options I was able to eat and then my sister enjoyed during her time at Staffs uni. You rarely find vegetarian friendly places but to have mock meat options for everything since 2007 is incredible. Whenever we are passing through SOT, we make sure to take an order home!! Thanks for the memories and the delicious dishes.

Thought would try as it was buy 1 get one free. It wasn't good. Chicken curry was like soup, only 3 chicken wings per portion (although best part of meal tbf) first impressions and all but its not to my go to...ever again

Wow - probably some of the worst food, I have ever tasted. Ordered this evening. Half the food was cold. Chips taste like they had been re - heated multiple times. Chicken balls were just greasy and disgusting.Would not recommend save your money. We spent £30+ and almost all has gone in the food waste

Extremely disappointed with the service, as someone that suffers with chronic pain in their joints and have recently twisted my ankle (potentially broken it) I was laughed at and belittled over the phone, as they expected me to walk down the road to collect my delivery. I live in a block of apartments and both the restaurant and restaurant driver accused me of "using the same excuse for months" and that they would not meet me at the door. Once managing to collect my order, the driver again questioned the legitimacy of my injury and laughed. As a loyal customer I would have assumed some sort of understanding/ aid would have been accommodated but apparently not.

Ordered at 7.30pm order arrived at 9.20pm tried to ring and no-one would answer when eventually got food. Which is expensive from here and also have to pay Iver £2 delivery charge. The food was freezing cold even the curry sauce was ice cold to the point I didn't fancy warming it up so had to throw my share away. Rang to complain but as before no one would answer. Would not recommend expensive freezing cold food and take away don't respond either

Over an hour after accepting my order, Golden Wok then cancelled it without explanation. If you're too busy and can't commit, it's very simple- don't accept an order. You don't wait over an hour and then decide to cancel it. Appalling service.

Order from here regularly as it always tastes great but the past 2 times the beef chow mein in black bean sauce tasted disgusting and there were no signs of any black ears even used, way too much veg and just tasted really bland. Wouldnt return again now as it's a waste of money in my opinion.

Everything tasted as if it had been recooked in more oil. Delivery took over an hour. The veg in the sweet and sour was raw and hadn't even seen a pan, there were zero signs of them being cooked. Overpriced, 70% went in the bin
