Incomplete order once again! After an inconvenient drive to rectify a mistake they made the manager refused to replace the missing items as she was under the impression that this was a concern that needed to be raised with Uber. How is this an issue with Uber when the order is sealed and cannot be tampered with?

had a just eat delivery 11.10am 17/02/24 from Macdonalds High street Newcastle under Lyme and as usual food always wrong and incomplete , they send shakes out and no straws , nuggets without sauces and today got 2 x brown wraps instead of 3 x bacon/egg and sausage/egg breakfasts , when opening the bag the bottom of the bag was soggy and the food fell out and the 3 lattes were half empty due to leakage , im told its a just eat issue erm !!!! wrong its your staff putting the food in to the bags and not reading the tickets this is the absolutely last time I order macdonalds which was for 3 Saturday lads that work for me and so look forward to this treat but no more ..... disgraceful service and no compensation for the £25 I pay each Saturday and no offer to give fresh food .

I go around the times of 1-3 and Their fries are always cold, not cooked properly, or luke warm. They are extremely slow in their service, it is guaranteed that you will be waiting 8+ minutes to receive your order.

Ordered via McDonald's app for delivery. Order arrived and was missing multiple items such as several burgers, desserts, sides and sauces. In the end we had to drive to the store for them to rectify as delivery driver didn't want to know and store wouldn't answer the phone. After a long day and an early start in the morning the idea was fast stress-free food! What a joke. Shut this joke of a store down.

By far the worst experiences at this mcdonalds. This time we made and order for 2 happy meals a large mc spicy meal a large mcchicken sandwich meal, a cheese burger a hamburger and a galaxy and caramel mcflurry.I was sent a tiny box of chips for both large fries. I was sent a dry cold chicken big mac which had no sauce on and cheese that I don't like. So that was a waste. Then my partner opened his mcspicy and found that there wasn't even a bottom bun. It was chicken fillet in the box with a bread top no salad or sauce it was shocking just that scappy leaves at the bottom. Also my mcflurry came without caramel and was only a mini mcflurry. Food always comes cold pale, undercooked. Wrong. Its so bad

I cannot fault this mc Donald’s everything is on point one of the best mc Donald’s I’ve been to so far. Only downfall, I have to say, is the toilets. could do with an upgrade and weren’t pleasant to use.
