Horrible Pizza, DONT GET PIZZA FROM HERE. We ordered two large pizza and both were shocking...... Virtually no cheese on them, dry and hard and really tasteless like eating cardboard. Honestly a cheap supermarket pizza tastes better than what Pizza Hut, Newcastle under Lyme make.Avoid at all costs.

Also, they never answer their phone or have a customer service online chat.Update: never received an order and had to contact customer support over email and got a refund only after a full week of emails from them escalating the issue to different departments.

Absolutely terrible .we ordered a delivery thst didn't come only to be told it went through as a collection. The shop sent it .it was cold and like rubber with items missig ..tried to complain but no Interest saying we ordered wrong on the website ..two of us witnessed what we ordered but told basically we were wrong ..what appalling customer service....!!

myself and my work colleagues ordered just under £70 worth of pizza's on the deal of any size/any pizza for £9.99 with delivery of £1.99We had it selected for 12.15-12.30 delivery slot, the pizza finally arrived at 13.20 after calling to chase where the food was twice.They had clearly been re-cooked and there was no sauce to dip in either.overall extremely disappointing.
I was delighted to have found this so near my holiday address. It had been years since I had eaten a deep dish pizza and it was delicious.

I'm not impressed with tonight's performance from Pizza Hut Delivery! ? I don't know how a delivery driver can deliver someone's evening meal to the wrong address, what's more annoying is some selfish git accepted my evening meal and receipt and had a free meal! The five stars are for the delivery driver-they state that I'm absolutely fuming with him!!
