This place has gone down bank massively.. I use to look forward to ordering from here, both mine and my husbands pizzas were well over done.. (burnt) staff rude on the phone. Will never order from here again.

First food we have had here since change of owners.Waited over an hour for food which was cold.Chips disgusting.Pitta bread inedible.Wont be using again and we used to be a regular customer ?.

Ordered a couple of burgers and chips, was above average, could have done with being a bit warmer. Dessert was disappointing… we had a lotus cookie dough- this was a very small portion, my partner and I used to share these last year but wasn’t enough for both. The cookie was burnt and was stuck to the grease proof paper. We didn’t eat it. We used to rate and recommend this place- not anymore, has gone downhill a lot

Cheesy garlic pizza burnt and rock hard. Grandson couldn't eat it and tried a piece myself far to burnt and hard.Chicken burger but got no salad!Place has gone down hill loads since new people have taken over. Won't be coming here again. Don't waste your money!

Donner meat served out of a ban Marie so it's been sitting and got soggy and tasteless. Should be served directly from the spit. Its sliced ultra thin. Quality is definitely void. I noticed the burgers are the generic cheap and nasty burgers and I noticed they were served overcooked. Definitely a place to avoid if you're looking quality and tasty food

Chips were like plastic unedible and cold like they had been re frid then left to go cold then put in a microwave and they are not cheap

Has this changed management. Used to be great everytime. Now it is average at best. Burger bun burnt.. beef burger was overcooked.SadI won't use anymore, shame it was always great and worth the money.

Ordered and delivered an hour and 15 minutes later, I did ring after an hour. The person I spoke too clearly wasn't bothered, 'it isn't here so must be out for delivery'. Food arrived..cold and so greasy!! We've been loyal customers at Pops for many years but wont be returning after this awful food..

Usually order from here with no issue... ordered salad seperate that did not arrive all of food was bearly warm...tried to call to complain but got no answer... unfortunatley this experience has made me consider nit ordering again... sorry
