Love a good caramel iced frappe, and that's just what I received. Lovely staff and took time to talk to us even though they are very busy.

My fiance and I met up for a drink there the other day,I thought it was a nice and friendly place to have a chat ,I'm not one for fancy coffee but they did me a nice cup of tea so I'd recommend it ?

I find that Starbucks coffee is a little better than Costa coffee, not by much. Costa has a more comfortable seating arrangement and generally cosy. Food however, is the same at both with corporate muffins and safe cheese toasties. Can’t complain as they all taste good enough.

Worst mocha ever. They don't add the right amount of chocolate every time. Please train your staff to add the same amount of ingredients all the time. Last time I’ve been there, I’ve ordered a small mocha and they give me a medium mocha with a ton of sugar in it.

Great service and coffee, love that dogs are allowed in. I know Sean seems to have an issue with that but I find dogs to be far cleaner, more hygienic and better behaved than children, which I presume he has no issues with being allowed in. The only minor issue that I have is a claim to be open 24 hours but I must have turned up at the wrong time one Sunday night (about 2am) and the door was locked. No biggie but a minor shame.

Great service and coffee but why do you allow dogs in? Owners sitting them on their laps letting them lick the tables. People eat their food at these tables and they aren’t cleaned between every customer. This needs to be taken seriously and improved immediately.

Was too crowded. We waited for 30 minutes for our order, which was slightly wrong. We asked for takeout cups while our order was in stay in mugs.In general, all the cups served had spilled coffee/cream on the sides and on the serving table.I understand it was too busy, and they were trying their best. but for me, I don't think I will go back again.

Pleasant staff but managed to get my order wrong twice. I simply asked for a cappuccino. I got a frappaccino, the staff member apologised and I was handed another drink. It was not a cappuccino and it had nothing written on the side, possibly meant for someone else. Poor communication between staff taking orders and making the drinks!
