Employee with long blonde hair at the milehouse subway wouldn’t speak up, talking under her breath which for someone with hearing difficulties is not very good, felt like I was forcing her to talk to me even though I’m the customer? She forgot to put the hashbrowns on my sub as you can see the below photo they are separate containers and didn’t offer to put any salad on the sub? Not a good experience considering I go here a lot.

I’ve been to this branch twice now - the first time they ran out of hearty Italian (my sub of choice but ok fine, I can pick something else). They also ran out of meatballs, but to be fair this was later in the evening.The second time I went for lunch. My heart Italian sub was partially stale - after toasting, one part crumbled, other parts were a little chewy. It also didn’t feel hot after being toasted. I was also served for salad after someone else even though I was in front of them in the queue.They also had the cold aircon on even though the temperature was 16 degrees (tap water) outside.I was not told about any offers they had, asked if I had a subcard, and the meal options I could have selected.It did have a somewhat friendly atmosphere at least.

I was served a soggy steak sandwich that looked like it had been for a swim around apedale lake suitable for feeding the ducks. The bread of soaked in liquid from the steak placed on my sandwich scrapped from the bottom of the tin. The sandwich maker asked for fresh but proceeded to give me bottom of the pan leftovers .Like a prior person mentioned aswell it was not very toasted or hot despite being requested to be. Nothing worse than a soggy wet sandwich that was practically drowning but a call to the not so helpful liverpool road franchise was met by 0 help and a "thats just the way it is sometimes". Im pretty sure a toddler in a subway play kitchen could offer better customer care. Sandwich was binned wont be returning to this branch likely for a long time.

Plenty of toppings given on sandwiches, staff are very friendly and always happy to help. Understandable that the restaurant feels empty yet is always busy due to the sheer number of online orders placed - would still highly recommend!

Good quality food as ever and attentive service, the only problem is that they do not have the wide range of products as some of the bigger stores, but nonetheless it is very very good.

Requested an Italian Meats sub...bread was so stale it crumbled when I picked the sandwich up..it was as dry as a bone. No meat at all. Wrong cheese. Very little mayo. It was basically an olive and jalapeno sandwich..it went straight in the bin. Horrendous

We went the millhouse Road one and tried prebooking in the app. What a fantastically easy experience. And the food was amazing.They were extremely prompt and when we got the food they packaged it on cardboard to protect in the bag it was in.Would recommend ordering through the app for more than 1 sub for a stress free experience. It took away the on negative with subway. Which was the pressure in the queue when you were ordering more than one sub and there is people behind you

A small Subway but in a good place, good free parking although can be difficult to pull onto main road during times of heavy traffic, e.g. rush hour times. Food is as expected and service is quick, good for a healthy lighter meal.
