I have an issue with this subway 2 times. I order my food from Just eat. The first time, it took over 2 hours for the food to be delivered and they shop had closed before I had the chance to sort my order out. The second time, I ordered myself and friends the create a 6 inch sub each. I personally don’t like cookies, so I paid the extra £1.29 for the ben & jerry’s ice cream. The ice cream was missing from my order, I rang subway asking if they could refund the ice cream or deliver it- their answer was “if you order another meal, they’ll add an extra ben and jerry’s in my order” I replied with “So I have to spend another £10 just to get the item I have already paid for” the guy on the phone was rude, wouldn’t tell me his name so I could go in and ask the next day as they are closed now. he eventually put the phone down whilst still on the phone, ignoring what I was saying. I stayed on the phone for a total of 13 minutes to find out what was going on, the majority of the time- he was ignoring me. I ended the phone to call them back as I thought they were being so rude towards me and when i rang them it said user busy (not sure if they can but i believe they blocked my number). I am not happy at all with the customer service and with it being the second time having a problem with them, this is not okay.

Won't be going back. They look at you like an inconvenience, don't understand you then even when you repeat yourself 4 times they still get it wrong.Also charged me £1 just to choose a salad, which completely defeats the object of going to Subway in the first place...Also if there was any pork in those meatballs I'm Sadam Hussain.

I'm so annoyed after giving them another chance. Appalling service everytime we've come here. Zero customer service, don't order meatballs, you'll get vegan 'meat' balls, no napkins, sloppy sandwich, no thank you, nothing! The atmosphere is terrible too and doesn't look clean. Will never visit here again.

So for the first time ever tonight I have been told if I wanted to have salad on my sub it was going to cost me extra! The service from darshan was absolutely appalling.I thought subway was all about making a sandwich how you want it!!Will not be going again to this store never have any issues with the one in Shelton or the one in milehouse

Where do I start..... i asked for no ketchup on my breakfast sub and it was delivered swimming in ketchup! Then I opened a box of nachos that I had asked to have just cheese on and it came covered in sauce! I mean it wasn't a hard order and when I rang the restaurant they proceeded to make up excuses saying they couldn't see the notes yet its on the top of the receipt that they printed out! Then when I told them this they changed their mind and said it was cause they were busy! They then proceeded to tell me if I ordered again then they will get it right and send me an extra sandwich..... why on earth would I want 2 sandwiches and why would I order from them again...... absolutely ? terrible I wouldn't order from there if I was you!!!!!!

I observed excellent customer service with great quality of food. Staff greet really good and provide proper information about new subway series sandwiches, that I tried and was scrumptious. & trust me, everyone should enjoy such kind of food.
Won't be having my custom again! No choice of salad or sauces! Apparently this is how it comes ?

I asked for the pepperoni slice - it was assembled incorrectly, missing the marinara. All of the ingredients in the trays were combined and cheese was everywhere, ice build up behind - generally unclean and unprofessional. Asked for 3 cookies, given 2. Paid by Apple Pay, sat down and 10 mins later I got told the payment didn’t go through. Fruit flies lingering all by my food when seated and landing on me, about 5/6. Disgusting environment.

Just ordered from here off justeat, when it's got here it was all stone cold and there's been cross contamination with tuna in my sub (I'm highly allergic to fish)Called up to explain and they just put the phone down on me

ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING thay have new staff who are a wast of time l had a foot long sub when it came to salad I asked for everything with a dirty look she counted 6 sweet corn 4 little pieces of lettuce 3 Olivers & 1 of everything else i am so DISGUSTED NEVER GOING AGAIN

Do not risk ordering online with Deliveroo with this Subway!!! They took my order and my money at 9.19pm. At 10.18pm Deliveroo called me to say my order has been cancelled and that my money will take 5-7 business days to refund!!! I had an email in between to say that my order was in the kitchen, and a notification to say the rider was on the way to the restaurant! Absolutely disgusting behaviour. Both Deliveroo and this particular Subway restaurant have lost a customer for life. Both are shameful companies who shouldn't be allowed to trade due to pure incompetency.
