I visited this Costa a few years back and was really disappointed at the service and the staff seemed to lack training. However, on a more recent visit, the branch seems to have got its act together. Staff seem to have received the training they need and they are much more friendly and helpful. Drinks and food are served quickly and everything seems to be running a lot smoother. The only downside of this particular Costa is the sound acoustics, or lack of. When it gets busy, the sound bounces round the room making the noise much worse. However, when it's not rammed, it is a great place to visit.Vegetarian options: Vegan options are available
