Absolutely shocking. Order a Stacker meal and variety box meal.The mini fillet burger that came with the variety meal didn't actually have a fillet on it, just bun lettuce and mayo.The stacker meal had zero care in its preparation, burgers spilling out of the bun, mayo and sauce spilling out of bun to make a sloppy mess. How hard is it to stack buger and apply sauce centrerally. Very hard apparently.

Went to grab a takeaway for a Friday treat and ended up waiting for 35 minutes before receiving the food, which was only given to us once we questioned how much longer the wait would be.Staff seemed totally unaware of the crowd that was building up whilst customers waited for their order. There was a total lack of care and a “cannot be bothered” attitude.After finally receiving the food the order was partially wrong and only slightly warm.Needs drastic improvements throughout the KFC franchise as every time we seem to be disappointed by wrong orders, long waits and missing items. We are not the only people who think this.Keep visiting despite being regularly let down will now visit other takeaways.Parking: Small considering so many people waiting for there meal.

KFC - when it's good, it's great. This store is to be avoided; McDonalds 30 seconds away understand the concepts of consistency and professionalism. This branch of KFC does not. Don't waste your time. Order incorrect, staff blasé, long wait for a simple standard meal. They only sell disappointment.

Contrary to the other reviews I had a great experience (although I did go in middle of the day) fresh hot food served quickly by a friendly member of staff!

Got to be the worst KFC in the country. 3 piece chicken meal consisted of 3 tasteless thighs. You normally get at least one breast meat. This is about my 5th visit, each time it’s bad, but have given it a chance as it is new. Today was its last chance, never again. It’s actually made me feel sick. Gutted I have had to give it one star.

The food is always good, as long as you’re willing to wait a full calendar year for it to be made. It always takes an absolute age to get even the simplest of orders

I ordered a share bucket that was suppose to come with hot wings plus boneless chicken, when it arrived instead of being separate it was thrown into one bucket! For the price you pay I expect better! The chips were thrown into bag so had to be sorted! It doesn’t even deserve one star! Absolutely disgraceful, I am never ordering from there again.

I have found over the years that it's always best to "eat in" at these KFC outlets. Mainly because it is too common that the meal packages are short of something like a boneless, side or even drinks. It happened again only last week, fortunately I checked before driving off.Food is good, but like everywhere it is getting very expensive.Parking: Disabled car bays

The slowest ‘Fast Food’ restaurant I think to exist in the county. 20 minute wait for 5 item order at 10pm….We came here a few months ago and had the same experience. Thought it may of been a one off.. apparently not.Suffice to say, we cancelled the order and asked for a refund.Will not be returning.
SLOWEST KFC IN THE UK . Consistently poor service, won’t bother again 45mins this time for the headless chickens behind the counter to prepare a one person order via the drive thru. I’m surprised the franchisee doesn't have it pulled from under them it’s that bad.Parking: Recommend parking and using the mc Donald’s up the road
