No Room Service there is a restaurant menu at the room, but you can’t order anything from there. No Extra towel in the roomNo amenitiesNo shower capIf you want your room clean in the morning you have to let the reception know when you leave in the morning, but they do not tell you.Food & drinks: Zero. Hotel ok as any Premier Inn. Staff friendly and welcoming. Evening meal was ok nothing more breakfast was not the best with burnt sausages and bacon so thin it was crisp and flavourless.I won't stay again if it was my own money paying for the stay rather than company.

Rooms were on par with most Premier Inns. I did manage to slip in the bath twice, but bath mats are apparently available on request at reception. My daughter did complain to me that her bed (the 3rd one in a family room) was uncomfortable. The staff were lovely, helpful and welcoming. Particularly the lady who helpfully suggested sorting my husband a second key to be held at reception, as he had to go to visit his ill father and wouldn't be back until late.It was easy to grab any extra supplies from reception. Plus we grabbed a single fresh towel that we needed from a staff member who was cleaning. Again, she was helpful and friendly.A good stay overall.

We stayed here on Friday night before heading to Alton Towers on Saturday morning. Only a 30-minute drive to Alton Towers so it's ideal if you're looking for a close by place to stay the night. Staff at reception were very friendly. Our rooms were clean and tidy. We've stayed in a few rotten hotels lately so I know the standards will be good with Premier Inn. We had access to free wifi, but there was an option to pay for faster WiFi. The only thing can comment on not being too good is the temperature within the building. When we walked through reception, the place was roasting. The thermostat in the room read 25.5° so we had to constantly have the air conditioning on throughout the nice just to keep cool. It was a bit annoying as it is noisy. Apart from that, it was a great overnight stay. There's a Tesco with a petrol station 30 seconds round the corner too which was perfect for setting off the following day.Rooms: Clean and tidy. TV and WiFi included. Large bathroom with a good shower.

Two night stay for a family wedding in August23. Fantastic support from Samantha at checkin - she was very accommodating with our elderly Parents and made what could have been difficult, very easy. Fully supportive and even offered to check on our parents from time to time. Excellent service from Chloe over at the Colliers restaurant next door - she goes above and beyond in her support and genuinely cares for her customers! Thanks to all the staff at both the Colliers restaurant and at the Premier Inn - both sets of staff extremely helpful and kind. Thank you guys - you really were the icing on the wedding cake!

Very clean and comfortable. Staff were very welcoming and friendly towards all our party (8) particularly our 4 grandchildren of which 3 are Sen. Extremely helpful, understanding and accommodating when one was a little poorly. Restaurant was also welcoming and accommodating of our requests.

We had a lovely short stay at Rugeley Premier Inn. We booked the room so that we could meet up with family half way and it was a great choice. Our party ranged from age 7 to 84 and the staff were great. Samantha in particular helped us get 4 rooms together but also taking into account that we had an elderly guest, and a disabled guest favouring a quieter part of the hotel. The food at the pub next door was great and they also took the time to ensure our party of 10 were well looked after for the evening meal and breakfast. Thanks hope to be able to visit again in the future! Another good point was free parking.

Our stay at the Premier Inn Rugeley is a regular thing for us when visiting our elderly mother. It is always good value very clean and comfortable. The staff are very friendly and helpful whatever time we arrive usually quite late in the evening.
