Poor customer service skills, no member of staff came out until we got eye contact with someone. And even after that person that served us seemed like she didn’t want us to be there for an order (we were the only customers in there), even walked away muttering something to her colleagues inside whilst the order was in the oven. I travel a lot over the country, this subway is the worst I’ve been to!

Stopped off during a working day, they had a good selection of bread and fillings but it's so expensive for a sandwich! Staff were great.

We arrived in store to a small queue of 2 couples and one person in front of us. It soon became apparent that it was taking ages for customers to get served as delivery drivers were turning up and collecting orders. We all waited patiently for another 25 minutes. The staff at no time apologised for the wait and carried on ignoring the customers right in front of them and continued with other orders. After half an hour I approached the counter and said to the the girl “can you tell me when we are going to be served as we have been here half an hour already!” To which she replied “we have got a £90 order” and I said “but what about your customers here standing in front of you” and she responded with “these are customers as well”. I understand that they were busy.However, the complete lack of regard for waiting customers was awful. There was no apology for the wait and absolutely no communication! They simply ignored us!
Nice subway located inside with burger king. Staff members was very friendly and smiley especially the young lady. The food was good and the place was clean and tidy. I did notice though that the prices where a bit higher than previous subways iv been to.

The article I read informed me the 'bread' isn't actually bread because of its sugar content. I used to eat here a lot now I've come to learn how misleading the product is and the corporate slogan of eat fresh is misleading.

We stopped this Hotel when visiting Alton Towers around 40 mins away.we were originally booked into a room on the first but when we booked in the fantastic receptionist realised that my Wife might find the stairs a bit hard and put us into room 2 on the ground floor close to our Daughter and her Husband who were also staying.If I could find a fault it was that the room could do with a bit of a update but otherwise everything was great.Must give a big well done to your reception staff who could not have been any better.
