Ordered at 9.20pm tonight was told order confirmed and should be with us at 10.45pm which I thought was quite late but fair enough its a Saturday. To then spend the rest of my evening waiting for food that never came and to have just eat say "Enjoy your food".... We haven't got any.....

ordered food at 11:00 exactly they close at 11:30 decided not to accept the order even tho they had half an hour to preparecalled them multiple times didn’t answer my calls it’s very very poor service i wouldn’t try to order from them ever

Do not order curry from here. Wish I saw the reviews before but this is certainly not a curry house, worst meal I’ve had from any of the many curry places in town or in fact EVER. Most of the food we ordered did not resemble what it was supposed to be and it took two hours to arrive. They did not care at all when we called them after an hour and just kept saying it would be another fifteen or twenty minutes. They got the dips that we ordered wrong, naan had no flavour and I’ve had better curry from a jar at the supermarket. We ordered four very different dishes yet all almost looked the same. I’ve never written a review like this before but it was absolutely shocking.

Best kebab in Rugeley by far, really tasty. Southern fried chicken really good as well.

Wish I would have read the reviews first but having been to a take away near the Raj and thought how good it smelt that we'd give it a go. Our order took two hours to get to us and when it arrived it was no where near hot. I got the chicken tikka which only had one taste, spice. My OH got a lamb curry and he's been up in the night with a bad stomach ? Will not be going back! You want a good curry house go to Silsila ?

Definitely the worse takeaway we've ever had. Ordered large chicken tikka kebab and a large meat feast pizza.Extremely dry chicken tikka, no salad or sauces....just a dry naan. The meat feast pizza was basically over cooked cheese on toast with the odd bit of pepperoni. It also tasted stale. We couldn't eat it. I called Sizzlers and was told the meal was poor because they were very busy...... so don't accept the Just Eat order then in future. I paid £18 to throw it in the bin. Awful....take a look at the photo yourself. Wont be recommending Sizzlers @ the Raj.

Order was over an hour late, when we rang we were continually told it was on its way (it wasn't). When it eventually arrived the food was cold and half the order was wrong. Shame as I used to recommend this place.

Placed an order for delivery at 7.30 on th 11/8 after 3 phone calls and being told different excuses food finally arrived just before 10 00 sad really because the food was really good just need to sort out the time issue

Never ordering again ..kabab was vile & chips soggy ..everything was wet ...0 star if i couldWell after 12 months I thought I'd give it another go ..ordered 2 kebabs-order was wrong and freezing ..how does this happen ?
