Pizza is always tepid/ cold when it arrives. Next to no cheese on it, which is great when you're a veggie and order a simple Margherita ? My partner ordered a pepperoni passion, and is allergic to jalapeños... somehow 2 had ended up on that pizza. Fantastic. Lucky we spotted them. If I was in a restaurant, it would be going straight back. I will pay a lot for good food, but this is a total rip off for awful pizza. Shame because the staff and delivery drivers are lovely.

The Manager at this branch is awful. Any time I have found myself having to call due to an issue with the food/ delivery, she is rude, unhelpful and very unwilling to seek a positive resolution. A very ‘I don’t care’ attitude which is extremely counterproductive for someone who holds a senior position.

We ordered a delivery which arrived in 25 minutes (we live 10 mins away) the pizza was uncooked and the wings were cold, slimy and tough. We called the store and spoke to Brogan who advised us she was the manager. Her response was that it was impossible for the food to be uncooked. She was rude, arrogant and utterly unprofessional. Never have I experienced customer service like it. We will never have food from Dominoes in Stone ever again.
Constantly poor food delivered from this branch. Food arrived ( pizza and nuggets) almost cold, dough didn’t seem to be cooked correctly and the nuggets were barely warm inside.

Poor customer service, flies everywhere. Filthy and smells around. Lady staff at the desk was very rude. A guy was rubbing his nose while making the pizza, very disappointed with such a big brand. Absolutely disgusting ?

Hi I have ordere from this dominos before , but this time it was not good at all, I was a second order for the driver , which was 3 miles in the other direction, by the time my order got to me the side was edible it the pizza was cold , not happy but I was hungry so had to eat, it’s not good when I spent quite allot money as well.
