That was my first visit and I had quite nice time there. Staff are very helpful and polite. The food was very delicious. I had beef short rib which was exceptionally tasty. I also had a ribeye steak it was perfectly cooked with variety of sauces. Everything in this place was very good.

Ate at S&R on Saturday night for the first time. Food, drinks, staff, vibe, decor, music etc was all first class. I had an issue with my meal (which I won't go into because it had no bearing on the night overall) but it was dealt with super quick, and I've no doubt at all that it was an unlucky one-off. I'll definitely be back ?

Food was great service was good also, but the place was loud. Need to see if they can damp down the noise.

The food is to die for, really cute pub style restaurant and the staff are always so lovely and the service is very quick! Highly recommend if you love proper texas style BBQ food.

We were seated downstairs on a four seater table which was bang in the centre of a room where the staff have to constantly squeeze past us, and I spent the entire evening looking at a fridge of mayonnaise. There were long periods of time of sitting waiting to order another course, to the point where I thought we'd been forgotten about even though staff we walking past us every 2 minutes. The food itself was good but the menu was a bit lackluster and felt like an American 'themed' restaurant more than anything authentic.I hate to say this but the whole experience was a bit 'meh'.

We went here for my partners 40th birthday on a Sunday evening. Our party size was for 18 people and the service was second to non!! We have eaten before here but with a larger group size and pre orders i thought there may of been a few "hiccups" there was not! Staff are so friendly food was absolutely beautiful and the setting was just great ? well done to all the front of house staff and chefs the food and night was perfect ? and I'm sure we will be back soon as will other guests from out of the area. Thanks again! ?Dietary restrictions: We had a couple of coeliac guests and there needs were catered perfectly for!

Came to Stone to visit the farmers market on an off chance. Stumbled across smoke and rye. I have eaten in a few American restaurants but I’ve never had a chicken burger like this one! By far the best chicken burger I’ve ever eaten, crispy, huge flavours and huge portion! We had a mac and cheese kids meal that was big enough for our two and three year old to share and they are both connoisseurs of mac and cheese ? they both approved too. Atmosphere was quiet as we were there bang on 12pm which suited us with kids. Staff were lovely
