Great takeaway and fantastic staff. Only one complaint.... We have salads on a regular basis and the portion size is getting smaller and smaller. You cannot fault the taste or quality of the ingredients but it would just be all the better if the portions were of a reasonable size (i.e. salad box at least half to three quarters filled...) as served at two nearby subways.

Nice staff and atmosphere. Portion sizes depend on who you get on the day so could be more consistent. One gripe is there is always brown bits of old lettuce in with the fresh. I have noticed this on more than 5 occasions. Either the tray isn't washed sufficiently or it is just refilled too many times without washing inbetween.

This Subway is one of the BEST Subway I have visited in U.K.We all had our dinner in this Subway.Kids loved the various options available.Staff were very friendly and diligent.Five STAR service.The whole place was very well maintained, it was pristine clean.The interior design was awesome, it looked like it was recently Modernised.Parking: Free Parking available for 45 minutesWheelchair accessibility: Yes, it is accessible for wheelchair customers.

The place went through an extreme makeover!Looks amazing, modern and even cleaner than before (if possible being even cleaner).Staff impeccable as always
Although they were friendly it didn't feel comfortable, as if they had done the greeting and that was enough. My sandwich wasn't as hot as I would like and the filling portions must have changed because mine seemed to be lacking. If this is going to be regular then I may give it a miss and it would be a shame. It was empty so no need to rush...

Really sorry I forgot the lovely gentlemans name. I believe it was raj??? I walked in and was really struggling to choose a vegan lunch for myself. Raj was so helpful. Gave me every option including sauces drinks treats and crisps. Excellent service. I Definitely felt I can come again confidently.

Arrived 11.30am wanting a breakfast sub. Was told 'Sorry, we don't do breakfast after 11am' but after complaining this was inflexible to another member of their team, I was told it was only the breakfast deal I could get until 11am.Not being fussed about the deal at all, I explained I would have been happy with a breakfast roll and coffee rather than lunch option as I hadn't had breakfast yet and just didn't fancy their otherwise great lunch options.If you want decent amounts of extra salad options, go to Stafford. The Stone branch typically gives me a couple of extra olives and jalapenos when I ask for extra but the Stafford branch gives you loads then even asking if you want more.
