Closed an hour early and when we explained that it said that they close at 7pm on the website and that we had ordered currency and all we needed to do was collect it they didn’t care and closed anyway. Very unprofessional.

I went in there on Friday and was served by abbie and Joe they was both really polite and i recived excellent customer service from them they also gave me multiple options and will be coming back for their travel card in the summer, I'll definitely be coming back to asda travel money

this asda is available on uber eats and I use it often for essentials like bread or bin bags. however, the last 4 times I've used it, things have been removed from my order without any warning or messages that the items are not available. for example, today, i ordered a few things because i needed bread and bin bags, however, the bread never came and neither did the cakes i ordered. not only that but i am always overcharged for my shop as they take the money before the order actually arrives. so today i was charged nearly 29 pounds for an order that ended up being just over 26 and the money is never refunded unless i contact uber. as well, whenever i go into the store the staff are less than helpful and the self serve staff look at you as though you are an inconvenience on their day. I think from now on I will be shopping elsewhere because the service from this store is absolutely awful.
